“This Sam's more times then not has better than competitive gas prices. Most all their pumps are usually working, in case of questions or issues there has always been an employee ready to help.
Even if there is a line of 4 deep cars at every available pump, the wait is not long at all.”

“As others have expressed, sometimes at any Sam's Tire & Battery location, the customer service can be hit or miss. But yesterday, when I found myself stranded at the gas pump, I am beyond grateful Dawit was working that day. As I approached him in the garage, he greeted me with a big smile. Then he immediately grabbed his tools and came over to assist. He tried everything to get the battery to work, but after many failed attempts, he went ahead and installed a new battery. As a female, having car trouble or getting stranded can be an unsettling concern. But Dawit was so kind and caring, he was truly a hero for me in a time of need. I hope management, corporate, and even the Walton family see this and know they have any incredible ambassador in Dawit!”

“I'm very picky about who I'm cool with working on my car. They got me in and out in about 45 minutes yesterday. I realized today when I got home from work that my valve stem cover had been replaced with generic green ones (to denote nitrogen filled tires). My valve stem covers had my car brand's logo on them and were a gift from my late mom, so they had a lot of sentimental value. I called the tire center and asked if they had seen them, and they looked around but couldn't find them. I then got a call back about 5 minutes later and the manager had spoken to the technician who put my tires on and it turns out that he noticed they were aftermarket valve stem covers so he had placed them in my cup holder. I'm so happy that they took the care to keep them for me when a lot of other places would have just thrown them out with the old tires. Fantastic service. Shout out to both Julian, who I spoke with on the phone, and the tech who remembered putting them in my cup holder. I will absolutely be renewing my Costco membership over this. Thanks guys”

They were friendly, attentive, and communicated every step of the process clearly, which made everything smooth and stress-free.
Gary truly went above and beyond. He took the time to understand a prior issue we had with a battery purchase, knew the process inside and out, and handled everything with professionalism and care. His level of service is rare—honestly, he deserves recognition at a corporate level.
Simone was also amazing—very welcoming, helpful, and attentive. She even acknowledged the discomfort in the building due to the AC being off, which showed awareness and care for customers.
The only downside was the lack of air conditioning—Costco should definitely address that. But overall, Gary and Simone made this an excellent experience.”
