“New Costco member here! I kept hearing about Costco and how good it is and decided to get a membership. I'm single and live alone and purchased the membership in July and finally visited today! I grew up with my parents going to Sam's so seeing the layout was a bit confusing but something I feel I'll get used to after a few more visits. The Member Services is on the far right off the store when exiting so that took getting used to when getting my picture taken for my card. I came for Toilet Paper but the price of $25 was a bit steep. I did the math and can still purchase this item at Wal Mart a few times a year and end up about the same price wise. In addition, Wal Mart will deliver. I did end up purchasing some items for my Interior business and noticed the Produce and Meats department is a lot better than Sam's. I also like how they have a separate room for produce. Finding eggs was difficult and after asking an employee I was told they are in the same room as dairy. I wasn't in need of much grocery items but noticed the selection of Meat and Seafood was pretty darn good! It does sim a bit more pricey at 1st glance but when my items finish up I think I will save money freezing items and having them on hand vs buying items every 2.5 weeks. I don't see myself buying too many of the prepared food items or processed items as those seemed quite expensive. I think I saw an aluminum pan of Macaroni and Cheese for $17. For a family that may be ok, but thinking back to when I was a child my parents could make a pan for less than that. In general I look forward to more visits but I do feel some items are expensive however the savings are definitely with Meats/Seafood and Produce. Also, the Cheese selection was far superior than Sam's. No to mention the selection of Health Food items and Olive Oils/Coconut Oil.”

“I'm very picky about who I'm cool with working on my car. They got me in and out in about 45 minutes yesterday. I realized today when I got home from work that my valve stem cover had been replaced with generic green ones (to denote nitrogen filled tires). My valve stem covers had my car brand's logo on them and were a gift from my late mom, so they had a lot of sentimental value. I called the tire center and asked if they had seen them, and they looked around but couldn't find them. I then got a call back about 5 minutes later and the manager had spoken to the technician who put my tires on and it turns out that he noticed they were aftermarket valve stem covers so he had placed them in my cup holder. I'm so happy that they took the care to keep them for me when a lot of other places would have just thrown them out with the old tires. Fantastic service. Shout out to both Julian, who I spoke with on the phone, and the tech who remembered putting them in my cup holder. I will absolutely be renewing my Costco membership over this. Thanks guys”

“I had a great experience at the Costco Tire Center thanks to Gary and Simone. From the moment we walked in, they both acknowledged us right away and provided exceptional customer service. They were friendly, attentive, and communicated every step of the process clearly, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Gary truly went above and beyond. He took the time to understand a prior issue we had with a battery purchase, knew the process inside and out, and handled everything with professionalism and care. His level of service is rare—honestly, he deserves recognition at a corporate level. Simone was also amazing—very welcoming, helpful, and attentive. She even acknowledged the discomfort in the building due to the AC being off, which showed awareness and care for customers. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning—Costco should definitely address that. But overall, Gary and Simone made this an excellent experience.”
Sam's Club, the Walmart-owned warehouse retailer, announced it's launching pizza delivery nationwide, bringing its popular $8.98 Member's Mark 16-inch Hot Baked Pizza straight to customers' doorsteps. By the end of May, all Sam's Club members can order the oversized pies for express delivery through the retailer's app or website.
