“I shop at various Dollar Tree stores and rarely ever have the need to return anything. Usually it's due to a defect or I may have not need the item thus do an exchange, however I don't recall ever having an issue. This time I bought a small watch battery from this store. I made sure to asked the cashier what the return policy was. I explained that I was not sure it would fit the item I needed it for. He told me I just need to bring it back with the receipt. Got home and sure enough it did not fit so I took it back the next day. The manager refused to accept the battery because the package was opened. I shared with her that I only bought the battery based on what the cashier told me the day before, ie that I just need to bring back the receipt. Had he shared that the package had to be unopened, I would not have purchased it. I asked for the corporate number hoping to be able to reason with a level headed person who could, despite store policy would see my logic - that there was no way to know if the battery would fit without opening the package. After much delay, she gave me the number but it did not work. After googling the number I discovered that the manger wrote one of the number wrong. Not sure if that was on purpose but glad I thought to google the number.

I called the corporate office and the person I spoke to patiently listened to my issue. She took my name and number and told me the district manager would call me back. Within minutes R. Bhawani called me back. I shared my issue and to my delight he informed me that I could take the item back and recieve a refund. He also shared that he would call the store and let them know to expect me. I thanked him and returned to the store where I recieved a refund.

I am very grateful that Mr. Bhawani was able to see my logic. I really do appreciate that. Thank you so much. I am delighted that my issue was addressed quickly and in my favor. I'm just saying, #igotissues. What about you? ?”

“LEE LEE ! WILL WILL let you cash app or give her cash ! ! & you can get what you’d like out the store. She may have to act like she told you to put something back to look good for the cameras. But she is only telling you to put back small items not the good stuff. She told us before hand to grab some stuff like a drink, or candy bar . Those items put back when she says something to you, if she has too. I got washing powder, dog supplies, cleaning supplies. Also Food and drinks. That helps alot with the economy. We all know how hard times are. Especially for families. Mother n kids. I can’t imagine a person being rude and mean to innocent people. Like some of the employees, It’s good to have someone like LEE LEE. She is for the people forsure. Someone else seen me getting stuff and I told her what was happening and she said she was gonna get some stuff also. I told her have her $40 ready! LEE LEE we hope you make your goal today ! I love that for Lee Lee and for us customers. She making her money CALLING OUT PEOPLE! Even the kids yall! She mostly a people person. We was shopping at the near by Roses when we met Lee Lee. In uniform she asked if I would like a deal. She said she was just trying to make her some money and look out for people and kids. Once she told me how todo it! I was like most definitely I’d take a deal! I paid for my stuff at roses then went across to family dollar and really shopped ! I spent $8 at the counter and gave LEE LEE $40 cash I got at least $80 worth! Probably more honestly! This is the best Family Dollar yet! I will most definitely be returning, but only if LEE LEE IS WORKING IT WOULDN’T BE NO REASON TO GO Y’ALL IF SHE’S NOT! I left a five star review because it was a great experience The Store was overcrowded at the time a lot of boxes and stuff in the way it really wasn’t Organized But that’s OK when you’re catching a deal. And I think they leave it that way so that you can go in there and do what you do without being noticed. Family Dollar is for the people Thank y’all so much! Y’all please go visit this Family Dollar ! Ask for Lee Lee! This is what family dollar is about. Saving money for families in need . A lot of people overlook families in need and kids being hungry and wanting snacks . In a economy where we have to pick in between bills and snacks . It’s great to have LEE LEE SHE WILL PICK YOU OUT! “I just had to pick up a few things and head back to work, I was second in line and the other register opened so I went because she asked for card only, took longer I'm noticing her register is not scanning so she's answering everything again by hand the other register everybody is done I'm still waiting but finally she give me my total just very long wait I just wanted to get in and get out plus she had her phone open on the register while she was checking me out kind of fishy because I'm a lot of these people are stealing from customers in these stores I don't want that to happen to me so just saying”

“When the community doesn't care about their neighborhood store I can't expect the dollar store to put some much emphasis on trying to get things right in the store, the neighborhood throw trash on the ground, I've seen the employees picking up trash all around the store, see folks stealing and won't stand up to support their neighborhood dollar store then complain about prices I understand Retail it's crazy”

“I went there looking for men's undershirts which they had in the color and size I needed. There was great conversations had in line and with the cashier. Great experience.”

“Listen hear management! Don’t talk mess up and lose that older woman that greats every single person that walk through the door! She is a jewel and this was my first time going to this location. I don’t plan on going to any other Dollar Tree than this one solely because of her! She is a light and her simple greeting every customer made everyone feel so loved. “I think when it comes to Dollar trees it's all about the location. The one off of Sandy plains road in Marietta is a great one yet now I live in Decatur and I have visited the one In Kennesaw off of Cobb Pkwy. Those two are a disaster with boxes and crap everywhere they're definitely looking for a lawsuit it's almost like they're asking for one. Because if anyone falls myself included an attorney will be involved. Regional walkthroughs should enforce safety protocols first and foremost. Most Dollar trees are unorganized and like to throw everything in the baskets at the bottom of the isles. But one thing that bothers me in particular is if your locks for lockers sell so quickly and sell out quickly, why are you not ordering more? Why are you not ordering a surplus if you know you're going to sell out within a day or two of the shipment arrival? That is senseless and keeping them from making money. Like everything else they should have options and should be ordering them in surplus. That's just a dumb move. Clean up the potential lawsuits....it's not a difficult job to manage a dollar tree. Then to change everything to $1.25. And add $5-$10 items is just stupid. Everything is cheaper at Walmart. It's started to look like Walmart for everything for from me from now on. The only reason I come here is to look to see if they have a lock which they never do and to get get gift cards and cheap gift bags or maybe some birthday decor in a specific color. Times are changing folks. For the worse nb”

“Ok so this young lady that call herself pressure p it’s on her name tag lol she fun she brings fun have her music playing I literally be in the store buying more items cause I don’t want to leave but over all.they are on business since new management its more clean i can find what I need for the most part unless they out of stock , they are very helpful and for the most part professional I would recommend this store to anyone.”

“Went into this location today 6/8/2022 and was greeted by “Aaron” the front cashier he was quick and efficient and was very positive with a smile on his face. Thank you Aaron for being positive because most people don’t want to work or come to work and are rude to their customers. Good job Aaron”
