Family Dollar has great staff and amazing customer service. The staff was nice, so nice and inviting, with excellent customer service. However, the store can do better with stuff in the aisle. People can barely walk because boxes and stuff are in front of what you need. Customers say it is all about how you treat people and that they will always be customers there.
Clearly, high turnover. Never the same staff member. They do what they can to keep shelves stocked. Employee shouldn't talk about their personal lives insidents of the job. In front of customers.
