Staff has no sense of urgency. I showed up 15 minutes before close and didnt have id. I ran back to my hotel and got back at 6:01. I told them i was coming right back. But they couldnt wait 1 minute. Closed the till before 6:00 and said they cant reopen it. Already had a 2.3 tating and i can see why.

I recently had to visit this location which was not only hard to find but i I had to pay for parking that they did not validate. Manager there had a very nasty and sassy attitude. Hard to believe FedEx would put someone like that in a management role
