“AGS was professional, prompt, and courteous throughout our sign purchasing process. Pam came out to assess our needs and take photos and measurements. Drew worked with us patiently to quote the signage options we wanted to consider and to help us understand what the finished product would look like. Their pricing was in line or slightly above other vendors, but without the hassle I got when dealing with the other sign vendors, who did not understand our needs, failed to follow up, and required frequent clarifications. Drew knows his stuff, which became very evident and helpful in final material selection and the permitting process. The installation crew did a great job. Overall AGS was the best value and I would not hesitate to use their services again. In fact, we are utilizing them for some of our ongoing signage needs, and they continue to impress.”

“I do an occasional order of a single 24x24 inch black and white on clear acetate film. This is a small order for them at $12.00. But the guys always treat me like I was a customer on an large account. Been going there for over 20 years for acetates for my art work. John (I paint under the name maxx katt.)”

“I have been here may times. Never had an issue so far. But i don't recommend taking passport photographs here, the ones i took have uneven light on either side of face. UPS does best job for the photos. But other than that, rest is all good.”

“Wow! The service I received at this location from Shay and Brooke was exceptional! I went into this location which is located in the HUB / Hyatt hotel (Atlanta) and I was eagerly greeted by two ladies. I was a bit frazzled and needed help with printing images and shipping my packages! I can’t believe the service and the quality that was provided! They instantly put me at ease and made sure I was happy with the images that I needed to send out. There are quite a few fed ex locations on peachtree but this location at the Hyatt will be my go to because of the service provided thanks to Shay and Brooke. So grateful for their help and service today!”

“This business regularly goes above and beyond to serve its customers. I recently encountered an issue involving FedEx and a shipment of a print order, at no fault of AlphaGraphics. I spent an hour on the phone with FedEx while traveling to no avail. Arash drove to the FedEx distribution center early in the morning and was even was ready to reprint my order and drive 8 hours RT to ensure it made it on time. I have never experienced this level of customer service, and the quality and promptness of printing match it! Arash and AlphaGraphics have a customer for life!”

“I’m not sure what it’s like if you need them to help you package up and ship something, but the staff has always been fairly friendly and helpful with drop offs.The store isn’t anything spectacular, but it gets the job done. Definitely better than just dumping your package in a bin at a nearby Office Depot or something.”
