A pretty terrible check in experience. I arrived to a line out the door and 3 employees working, 1 just for priority check in. During a busy weekend with multiple conferences in town you should probably double up on coverage, this was a long, very painful process.

Amazing hotel. The staff is amazing and their service is outstanding. I have spent over a week in this establishment and have gotten top tier service everyday!! A amazing black women chief with and menu that will make you come back for more!!!
