Team members across all areas—including the concierge, bartenders, housekeeping, restaurant, bellhops, parking attendees, front desk, and management—go the extra mile to make guests feel like royalty. The amenities are top-tier, featuring luxurious elements like rainfall showers, thick robes, luxury toiletries, a coffee shop, dry cleaning, and a grocery shopping service. Many enjoy the great downtown views from higher-floor rooms. However, experiences with certain services can be inconsistent. While the in-house restaurant AG receives praise as fabulous and delicious, the hotel's steakhouse is noted as lacking, with mediocre service and food.
