The Home Depot in Midtown Atlanta, located at 650 Ponce De Leon, is a store that caters to a wide range of home improvement and gardening needs. Customers appreciate the extensive selection of tools, appliances, outdoor furniture, building materials, and gardening supplies, making it a convenient one-stop shop for DIY enthusiasts and professionals. The staff is generally helpful and knowledgeable, with employees like Jono providing friendly and informative customer service, and a young lady guiding customers to products that effectively solve specific problems such as raccoon removal. Small business owners and contractors often choose this location for their supplies and tools, consistently finding what they need and receiving helpful assistance. However, some customers have experienced issues with store closing policies, feeling that staff can be rude if they arrive close to closing time, and there have been concerns about billing errors, such as multiple charges on different cards. Despite this, the overall experience is positive, especially when assisted by dedicated staff members like Brandon Stewart, the Key House Supervisor. Brandon's welcoming attitude, product knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile have left a strong impression, making visits memorable and enjoyable. Customers recommend this store for its helpful team and wide product selection, and many plan to return for future projects.
I came here to get several items and also used the key maker kiosk machine in the front of the store. I paid for 2 keys to be copied and found that they did not work once I returned home. Do not use the key maker kiosk.

Visited Home Depot earlier today and I very much appreciated the customer service and kindness of a young man named Brandon Stewart. Kudos to The Home Depot for giving our young people opportunities.
