“We stayed here for the first time in Buckhead because my mom had a WPF conference in September 2025. This boutique hotel was great because its location was central to restaurants and shopping. The boutique hotel gives an upscale boutique atmosphere. You feel as though you are being taken care of but it also gives a chill vibe because of the restaurant views of downtown. The decor and motif of the rooms pay homage to the southwestern culture but with a modern twist. I loved the colors and furniture and accents in the room, the lobby, the restaurants and other areas. The rooms were always well cleaned and stocked with all the toiletries and necessities when we arrived as well as throughout our stay. Even though the hotel had an event and is located near shops and restaurants, there was no issues with noise or service, there were no complaints. NOW, LETS ADDRESS THE AMAZING AND WONDERFUL STAFF that made my stay even better to the point that I would come back specifically to this hotel because of their STAFF. Jazalyn, Chantai, Mahari, Brandon and Lakuan WERE AMAZING! Each of them provided excellent customer service with a smile, always willing to help and answer all my questions, very attentive and friendly! They gave us wonderful and delicious restaurant recommendations that were 5 stars! Make sure to keep them apart of your staff! Also, cannot leave this review without mentioning Troy and his valet team, they were so accommodating, attentive and polite! They also provided excellent service with a smile and taking us to places within 1 mile as a part of their complimentary shuttle service. If you stay there, make sure to look out for the awesome front desk staff, food manager, and valet team! YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED, TRUST ME!!!!!”

“Well appointed hotel in a good location, walkable to many restaurants. Good sized rooms, nice amenities, really good gym for a hotel. My issue is that my room (1124) had a loud ticking noise that would happen sporadically through the night, and woke me up/kept me awake. It sounded like it originated in the bathroom ceiling somewhere. The bed also wasnt the most comfortable, but not terrible.”

“Comfortable beds and a decent size room. No view to speak of, but I didn't ask for one.
Check in was easy and incredibly friendly! The lady at the front desk was an absolute pleasure.
Parking was a bit confusing as there are only a few spots on level 2 (the main level from the street) and it's a dead-end...plus I think the gate system is new, but we figured it out.”
“Stayed here for a night out at the symphony. It was better than expected. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone wanting a nice stay. The room was very nice and comfortable, much nicer than I have experienced at most Marriott properties lately. It was very convenient for our destinations, we left the car and were able to walk. Only negative - no lounge for my Bonvoy platinum status, but they did provide a breakfast voucher which almost covered the cost.”

“Excellent vintage Hilton curio hotel. The staff and service are exceptional. The restaurant is very nice but pricey. Valet parking only. Located about 1 mile from the major attractions. Easy walk down Peachtree Street to shopping and restaurants. Lots of homeless people in the area which can be concerning if walking around downtown at night, to be expected in a big city.Rooms: Large bathrooms. Double queen room was adequate for 3 people. No coffee maker, but it has a tiny espresso machine? Refrigerator. Bottled water. Room safe. Large pillows and thick blankets.Nearby activities: About 1 mile walk to Centennial Park attractions. Peachtree street downtown shop and restaurants. Expect to pay to park everywhere.Safety: The hotel itself is safe but the surrounding area is typical of any metropolitan downtown area. There is always a valet or concierge staff at the main entrance.Food & drinks: The restaurant and bar are great but the prices are $$$. 1 beer and cocktail was $35, chicken sandwich with fries was $28.”

“Stayed at this hotel for one night. I was in Atlanta for the Usher concert at the arena and wanted to stay at a hotel close to the airport. The hotel offered free pick up service to the hotel located outside the airport. I made the mistake of going to where the ride share areas are. Don't do that, when you come up the long escalator and the baggage claim is right in front of you. Walking to the left side of the baggage claim that is by the security desk is the exit to the hotel shuttles just follow the signs once outside.
The hotel was less than 7 mins from the airport and the room was a double. I ordered room service I thought was a little pricey but I was short on time until the concert. $30 for a burger and fries and soda. Very large hotel, I have never been in a hotel where the rooms faced outward and it looked like an open concept hotel. Clean, organized and I would stay there again.
Nearby activities: Usher concert in downtown Atlanta

There was a hiccup with our reservations (our fault) and Maleeha was so kind and patient while we got things straightened out! She gave us great advice on things to do in the area, made sure we could find our way around, and was just a delight to work with!
The room was beautifully appointed, clean, and so very comfortable!
Everyone we encountered at this hotel was very friendly and offered assistance. There were also delicious egg rolls and wine being offered in the lobby!”

“Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are large and equipped with a coffee machine, mini fridge and save as well as TV and USB ports. The bathroom is also great, with a large shower and, as is often the case, you can hardly turn around.Valet parking (48 dollars per night) is also very reasonable since, as in all cities, parking options are very limited. Breakfast is offered in the hotel restaurant and check out at 12:00 is also quite convenient.We would definitely recommend it to everyone.”

“The Atlanta Marriott Northeast/Emory Area has been a five star experience for the most part when I have stayed there. I stayed many times in 2018 and 2019. I also was a guest there in 2021. In 2021, I feel that they could have improved the food that they served in the restaurant for breakfast. Otherwise, the open self serve breakfast and lounge that they had before 2020 was great. We are Titanium members. So, I think that was one of the benefits of our membership status. They also had given us a cheese platter upon arrival once. And another time, some snacks and a bottle for a celebration that we were there for. The rooms were clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. I'm hoping that they have maintained the same level service and quality that I like there. I have not had the opportunity to return lately, but I'm looking for that same lounge to be there and all the wonderful service. I thought that I should share my experience even though it was a while back. Good service is so hard to find these days.”

“I've stayed at Element a few times for my company's Annual All-Employee Meeting and I really enjoyed my stays. Based on those experiences, I decided to stay here with my little family when we came to visit Atlanta and they didn't disappoint. I looked at every detail. The hotel has this nice smell that makes you feel so good, spacious and modern rooms, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast, top notch gym, enjoyable heated indoor pool, and to top it of very personable staff. From Jordan and Rochelle at front desk, who were very accommodating and answered all my questions, to the housekeeping team and the gentleman that helped us with our parking ticket issue and uploading our belongings, I just fell in love with Element, once again. This will definitely be my hotel every time I visit Atlanta.”
