I went in last night, trying to find a particular pair of Hokas and some chucks for my daughter. The three young women working there were really helpful in trying on different sizes to get the right Hokas and I could not have asked for a better experience.

Literally both sales associates are on their phones not paying attention. I asked for 3 different shoes and she kept bringing me the wrong shoe. Horrible service!

This store needs all employees to have some customer service training including the manager who wouldn't even make eye contact and to the employee who just left and went on break without checking me out. I realize it's the holiday season but that's no excuse to not make your PAYING customers experience such.
