No receipt will have you sitting waiting for hours. It's horrible that they already don't have the hats I want. Smh I have to be to work in 30 minutes and they're being a inconvenience.

Lids at Lenox Mall is terrible. The absolute worst customer service in the world. Only come if you want to be disrespected by rude workers and get scammed. Also the hours are wrong, they close earlier than what is posted online.
