Customer service is TOP TIER Sha'Vonne Thompson was very helpful, friendly and kind. She was the absolute BEST. Place was clean.I would give ZERO STARS for the price. It's a well kept black neighborhood they've jacked the price up 3 x sometimes 4x the price, a storage unit downtown is much cheaper.

This has been my best experience with a storage facility! The space is clean & well-lit. The best part of using this facility is Shavon. She's amazing! She's always accommodating when I need assistance with anything. And the best part is that she does it with a smile!
