“Don’t let any negative reviews deceive you at this storage facility.. I walked in unannounced and rented a space easier than eating apple pie 🥧 .. the facility was clean. The bathrooms were good. Most of all the staff was efficient and friendly.. everyone I worked with including Teesha, Anthony and Xavier.. making an already stressful move less stressful. Kudos to the team here. Don’t pass them up.. ohh, and it’s crazy accessible off the freeway”

The manager, Kion, reached out to confirm my move in date and made sure that everything was clean and in place for move in. I had the same experience for move out. Jabrea followed up to confirm the move out date and made sure to explain what all needed to be done to ensure a smooth transition, this was in addition to the text message that was sent the day prior. Jabrea also called to confirm that the move out process was completed. Excellent staff! Excellent communication across the board! Top tier customer service!”

“Nice and clean. The two young women S & L were welcoming, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend getting more rolling carts to assist the customers with moving their belongings. I counted 3 and one had a busted wheel which didn’t move smoothly. It is a nice and clean facility though. I love it when I can smell the clean.”

I will say that sometimes the gate is locked in the up position which lowers the security, but other than that everything is great and easy. Also shout out to their monthly specials which are golden for students such as myself.”
