“Went in to get the back of my iPhone 14 fixed. I initially called a week prior for pricing on my exact phone and was quoted a reasonable price. I went inside the store a week after calling to pay half for the service in which I was able to do in order for them to order the part, however, the guy in the front was very adamant about not fixing my phone for the quoted price. He asked me when did I call because in his words “this may not have been the correct store I spoke with” so he literally asked for proof of me calling in which I showed him. He then still did not acknowledge the price. Not until I told him the actual model of my phone. Then he goes “oh you have a 16, sorry about that”— well being that you fix phones everyday you should’ve probably asked instead of assuming I had the model you thought I had. I felt like he was determined not to honor the price I was quoted until I told him the model of my phone. I’m not sure why he didn’t ask in the beginning, just for clarification. Nevertheless, my phone was fixed in a timely matter, I just didn’t appreciate the push off vibe that was given to me. Didn’t anticipate that after having a welcoming over-the-phone conversation the previous week. I trust the repair process was worth it.”

“I get notices of payment requested from years ago. Product was returned but not registered by T-Mobile. Their so called home internet equipment box sucked, always losing the signal at home. Phone service was worst. I can be on on a business call when I hit a dead spot the call dropped. So I dropped T-Mobile.
Never again, Veterans do not waste you time asking for our 10percent.”

“I went to this man on Sunday in a total frenzy because my iPhone Sim card was not registering or reading T-Mobile could not help me or maybe they didn’t know what to do not only did he have my phone fixed within 20 minutes but he upgraded it, he made sure to make T-Mobile give me an e-aim card in which they did and charged me the bare minimum just to look at it, he is amazing and my phone is a thousand times better then it was , all my pictures and contacts have been erased out the iCloud he got it all back and added a feature where I can have my business line come into the same phone it separates private from business, he’s amazing!”
