“Went in to get the back of my iPhone 14 fixed. I initially called a week prior for pricing on my exact phone and was quoted a reasonable price. I went inside the store a week after calling to pay half for the service in which I was able to do in order for them to order the part, however, the guy in the front was very adamant about not fixing my phone for the quoted price. He asked me when did I call because in his words “this may not have been the correct store I spoke with” so he literally asked for proof of me calling in which I showed him. He then still did not acknowledge the price. Not until I told him the actual model of my phone. Then he goes “oh you have a 16, sorry about that”— well being that you fix phones everyday you should’ve probably asked instead of assuming I had the model you thought I had. I felt like he was determined not to honor the price I was quoted until I told him the model of my phone. I’m not sure why he didn’t ask in the beginning, just for clarification. Nevertheless, my phone was fixed in a timely matter, I just didn’t appreciate the push off vibe that was given to me. Didn’t anticipate that after having a welcoming over-the-phone conversation the previous week. I trust the repair process was worth it.”
“This location has the best representatives ever Makayla and Angel have been the most helpful I’ve had because I’ve literally had to come up here so many days within this last month and they have always been so polite and so welcoming. “Good customer service really does MATTER!!!! My elderly father always seems to break his little flip phone and normally when he does we go to the Metro Store right across the street from The Westend Mall. But on the last couple of times when his phone broke we went somewhere else. And if it didn’t seemed like we were getting overcharged the service rep just came off rude. This time though when he broke his phone we went back to The Metro Store across from The WestEnd Mall. Wow what a difference,….. the service Rep Taliah was so nice, courteous, and why did it seem like we got the same phone but for half the price Lol. Ms Taliah bought me up to dates on some gas savings and restaurant savings I can receive on my phone plan and I got a free Samsung Tablet for my father so he can listen to his music.
