Always PNC have great customer service and staff but the worst position the ppl handle getting ur money back from fraud identity theft and scam they don’t fight for yours rights it’s their responsibility to monitor and protect ur money

This has to be the most ridiculous bank ever. I have fraud and it takes them up to 90 days to give you your money back! I will never do business with them again . Soon as the money hit my account I’m closing all my account ! They literally are the most stupidest bank I think ever .
