The staff is great and provides great customer service, being very friendly and offering a warm greeting. However, some customers report an odd experience with pricing, where the system price at the register differed from the marked box price, which was not honored. There is also a noted policy of no refunds, which some find disagreeable, especially on items that may appear worn. Despite this, many find the prices way more affordable than online and would return to look again.
