There is not a clear sign for visitors parking and the only visible parking is where you have to pay $8 for 1 hour. Go figure among all 3 towers even how to get from parking to where you need to go.

Terrible Costomer service at a specific location which is on HWY 5 douglasville GA location.. I need to talk to corporate office to make a complaint but there's no area to do so.
