Wonderful branch, convenient and staff are expert. I do a fair amount of in person banking, and this Truist is very supportive for our banking needs.

The staff here is super and courteous.
Vast majority of experiences here are about long and aggravating delays. Truist apparently too cheap to pay for sufficient staff. Great for stockholders. Too bad for customers.

Was having issues with online account that was taking forever to fix via phone- went to this branch where Leah immediately helped us and got it solved in minutes!
