I love this store. I’m a small business owner and I rent a box here and have for the last five/ six years. The customer service is excellent and the store is always clean and tidy. The wait is never too long and the staff is what makes it the best location in Atlanta as far as I’m concerned.

Tom is AMAZING and saved the day for me! I put the wrong label on a package I dropped off and he was so helpful when I frantically called to see if it had been shipped yet. He fixed the label and had it scanned in in less than 5 minutes! Thank you Tom!!!!
