“I had a wonderful experience at RBM of Atlanta. My initial interaction was an extensive test drive of 3 models that I was interested in. Jason Friedman was my Sales Associate and he was extremely thorough and patient with me during my test drives. He explained all of the differences in the vehicles on my wishlist, and specific lease terms that would work well with my lifestyle. Fast forward about 2 weeks, Jason and I reconnected because he had an amazing deal for me on a vehicle on my list. I scheduled a test drive of this specific car, and was able to get it within my budget. Jason worked with Se Kim in financing to get all of my paperwork in order. Se was well versed, extremely professional, and highly knowledgeable. He was able to get my financing wrapped up in an hour. While waiting on financing, Mariana helped me set up my Mercedes app, and get all of my car settings aligned. Once my vehicle detail was done, Jason & Mariana both helped me with in-car settings and an overview of the car. Because I drove my own car to the dealership, and we wrapped up after hours, Jason offered to have someone drive my current vehicle to my home the next day. The entire team went above and beyond to make my buying experience perfect. Everyone was great to work with, and I happily recommend everyone I came in contact with.”
