“SO GRATEFUL TO HAVE OUR GLORIOUS GUY BACK!!! Such a relief! THIS GUY NEEDS A RAISE! Take care of him and appreciate him! Every other person that worked there while he was gone was so rude!!!!! Everyone else had different rules, random lunch breaks, and were never at the front counter.”

“DD's is owned by Ross or vice versa. Anyway, there are great finds. This is the only place that I buy my dog clothes, panties and pj's from. They have the same fruit of the loom packs for $5. Night grows are super comfy and cheap. I got a black DKNY dog shirt for $6. Can't beat it. I love the homes department too. Oohh and they have cleaning supplies. I also get skirts (maxi, pleated) for about $8. Can't beat it. Clothes are hit and miss because I dress business casual mostly all of the time but you can really find good buys here. Don't think of it as a cheap store. It's a spin off of Ross with less name brands. Try it. You'll find something!!”

“I am so excited to finally find a post office that is helpful and kind! I have always dreaded going to any postal office as employees are usually so rude and barely crack a smile. Lisha was working today and she was so nice and helpful. This will now be my new post office going forward!”

“Mr. Jordan is the best clerk I’ve ever worked with at any US post office. I had to be there for a while and heard him with all the customers. This guy just makes your day better.”

“The USPS employees here are outstandingly professional, kind, and empathetic despite being understaffed and consequently quite busy. It's been my consistent customer experience each time I've come here that the people do their best (despite the unfortunate USPS budget), and they always go above and beyond to patiently help customers.”

“I wanted to send some large flat photo mailers international. I first went to the Briarcliff post office, where the clerk said they could not process international for some reason, and then told me that each packet required a customs form. So I took the forms and filled them out at home. The next day, I headed to the Chamblee post office, where I was told that they could not process international mail at their facility as their machines were down temporarily due to paperwork issues. The clerk recommended I go to the Dunwoody post office. When I went to the Dunwoody post office, the clerk questioned why I wasn't able to mail international at either facility, and said I didn't need a customs form for large envelopes that were less than 3/4 inches thick, and even showed me his screen with the instructions. There was no special machine to process international. He just used the same scale and program as for domestic. He processed my mailers at a letter rate which was much cheaper than the parcel rate that the Briarcliff clerk said I needed. I was in and out of the Dunwoody post office in a matter of minutes. I appreciate getting the quick efficient and accurate service that the other two post offices did not provide. For the record, the Briarcliff post office has not mailed international for me for at least two years that I recall. Guess I am driving to Dunwoody for this special service from now on.”

“This is for everyone who is looking at the bad reviews.I own a business called ifkazi. They have not once lost my package nor have they showed "carelessness." While the lines are long and there is no kisok at this point in time, I would still recommend going here.”

“I had the best experience today at the Windyhill post office. The day before we mailed something by accident and my boss asked me to retrieve it today. This lovely lady (her name starts with an R) went and dug through the mail and retrieved it for me.”

“At a time when exceptional customer service is hard to come by, I'm consistently impressed by the dedication and kindness of Ms. Nelsoms and Brian at this Dresden Dr. location. During my weekly visits to pick up held mail, Ms. Nelsoms has gone above and beyond—tracking a mistakenly returned package and expediting a delayed mailbox key replacement. Brian, always a bright spot in a bustling environment, remains unflinchingly courteous and understanding. Despite the myriad challenges they face, both Ms. Nelsoms and Brian manage to provide outstanding service with unwavering poise! They truly deserve commendation for their exemplary efforts!!”

“Yulanda and C. Sykes are always extremely helpful and patient. During the winter holidays (when lines are extra long), they decorate the lobby in a fun and festive manner with holiday tunes so that although the wait is longer than usual, it can be pleasant.”

“This place is pretty great! It's no UPS, but I frequent here a lot since I sell and ship online. Both the man and woman at the counter are really nice and patient, even when there's a long line or a time consuming request. Love my local USPS (-: There's also a QR code on the tracking receipt, which you can compliment or complain on.”

“I received top-notch service from the people at this Post Office. I had prompt service when I reported that I needed my P.O. Box in my condo re-keyed. Thank you so much to Ms. Woods/Hollis, Frazer, and Harold. The three of them got the job done!”

“The staff is very nice Terry, and the other gentleman that works in there regularly. The location is kind of Rundown and seems like the United States Postal Service would make upgrades or at least do some type of facelift. They could use more Associates in here at this location. Like I said typically there are lines but the staff is great and works hard to get the line to move quickly.”

“Today I went for an money order. As soon as I stepped in cashier lady welcomed with smile. Got the money order in min of time and came out. Great experience from USPS.Note: i went around 02:19 PM someone mentioned in the reviews that this is the lunch break time. But no, i got my work done.”

“I ran in to mail a package and was surprised that there was no line to speak of. The clerk was super efficient and processed my package quickly. I love the USPS tracking, as I can see where the package is at any time. They do have a sign that they are out of Christmas stamps. I was able to order online earlier and got my stamps delivered. Highly recommend online services!”

“I am amazingly surprised about how great my experience was at this facility's passport agency. We had to acquire 2 minors approvals and applications for passports (new) and did the appointment process online to make an appointment for noon. We walked in, there wasn't a line at all, they had the appointment down, and Danny was absolutely amazing in the entire process. He was super nice and pleasant, knew extensively his job and what needed to be done, and he had us processed and out the door in less than 20 minutes for doing 2 new passport applications for minors. It was truly a 5 star service from Danny at this facility for passport services!!”

“Honestly I have had nothing but good experiences here. Whenever I have problems at another location, I'll just come to this one here in Doraville and I never have a problem. They have always been nice to me. The only gripe I have about this location is that they don't have an a self service machine.”

“Byron went above and beyond to help me get my mailbox fixed and helped me with many other tasks in the process. Wonderful service! This is the only USPS I will go to in Atlanta! Thank you!”

“On my first visit here I was graced with a handful of supplies - bulk needs to be ordered at usps.com.When I returned the other employee Angela W. informed me that I was missing information from my box of certified mailing. She kindly asked that I returned by 4:15P to get my mailings processed before the 5:30P pick-up as they close at 5P. I sat in my truck & applied 145 labels to the confirmation receipts that need to be scanned & postmarked.I returned at 4P & Angela & I (via the window guard) organized & processed all 145 letters. By the time we were finished, it was 5:20P & with no help from her colleague who was available intermittently. Which turned out a be positive as the colleague was discourteous with customers...people ask questions for guidance, not to be chastised.Nonetheless, Angela was cool as a cucumber, cordial & helpful during my 1.5-hour visit. Not once did she get ruffled nor try to rush the process, only stated once the doors were locked that we had a certain amount of time to meet the truck. If you have time to wait to be serviced by Angela, it will be worth it.”

“Was this post office slow? Yes. Are most post offices slow? Yes.Was there a lady ahead of me in line was about to lose her mind tapping on her box, stomping her foot, smacking her teeth, and looking around like she wants to vent to someone and no one would make eye contact with her? Yes. Did I love the free entertainment? Absolutely.”

“Went in regarding a package that was sent back to me and Sheila helped with with all my options. It was a nice change as I’ve had horrible experiences at the post offices in the cities north of Atl. Sheila was really nice and helpful.”

“Kiosk in the front is pretty easy to use even to mail a big box. Line was long but the staff was doing her best. I’m thankful for USPS, it’s organized and efficient. If line is long just use the self service kiosk right by the entrance!”
