Had an excellent experience with Jaymini at this location. I had a difficult transaction that other locations seem to always have problems with, but Jaymini made the situation seem like a breeze. Just off the phone with the following observations: when answering a call, providing employee/banker name should be a must. Banking is a serious and personal business, and clients should not have to ask.
