ZARA offers a very good selection of clothes with a wide variety, described as cute and of better quality. Many customers frequent the store often. The shopping experience can vary; at times the lines are long and slow, the store can feel hot, and clothing can appear ransacked. The value is also seen as a tad bit expensive, like a more luxury option. However, the customer service from certain sales associates receives outstanding praise. These associates provide great service, going above and beyond to assist with styles and sizes all over the store. They make customers feel like the only ones in the store, even when it is busy, and help find similar items if something is out of stock. Their excellence and swift service at checkout significantly improve the experience, making it an excellent shopping day and the reason many customers return.
The place has some good collection of clothes but billing is a nightmare. For some reason, only 1 or 2 people do billing while they empty more stations.

I love this store and I go here often cause they have cute clothes however, I’ve never experienced good customer service service until this past Friday when Karen went above and beyond to assist me with jean/denim styles and sizes. I was accused of stealing today…..yayyy I smell lawsuit. Not to mention I’ve never stole anything everrrrr and I showed my receipt and was still accused.
