“Fantastic bank with personal feel. I left a mega-bank I had been with for decades to go with Regions. Lisa, Nish, and Christa are all wonderful! In a world where, with most banks, it’s impossible to talk to a human, this bank and branch are refreshingly different. I mean, when was the last time a company’s chat, FAQ’s, or 1-800 number ever answered any question you’ve had? Yes, I highly recommend this branch/bank.”
“I have to say that this place is amazing location because I don’t have to waste an extra 20 minutes just to deposit my money at the bank at lawrenceville. The best part are the machines that are very intuitive with a (skype-like) live feeed if you need help or you can just walk in and get face to face from someone like Debra.”
“Removing a star due to interactions from corporate pnc the local branch is absolutely fine. They will take care of you if your local but many times their hands are tied by corporate policy. If you mainly deal with local people you will be great if not might want to think again about banking here”

They immediately accommodated us when we arrived although we did not have an appointment. Val Love went above and beyond to help us.
