“This is your average bank. There aren't a lot of frills and thrills as with walking into any bank. Folks this isn't Vegas and at this bank they do serve free drinks! That is if you like coffee or hot cocoa... They are always friendly and helpful when I walk in. They often greet me by name if they aren't tied up with other customers. I like that they take time with each customer and don't act like robots. Please remember that the people that work here only have 2 hands and can only assist one customer at a time due to banking being a sensitive matter. So as with any bank, you may have to wait in line for some time until a teller or banker is free. I love that they disclose fees and account terms without hiding anything like some other banks. I am and will be a loyal Chase customer for a long time.”
