“Removing a star due to interactions from corporate pnc the local branch is absolutely fine. They will take care of you if your local but many times their hands are tied by corporate policy. If you mainly deal with local people you will be great if not might want to think again about banking here”

“I can't say enough good things about the Renasant branch in Dacula, GA. From the moment you walk in, the staff greets you by name, it genuinely feels like walking into a friendly, welcoming home rather than a typical bank visit. Branch Manager Casey Judy leads a team that is polite, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to help with my financial needs. It's rare to find a bank that combines real personal care with professional, reliable service, but this branch does it consistently. Highly recommend Casey and the entire team to anyone looking for a bank that truly values its customers!”

“We had superior quality and highly professional customer service provided by this particular SunTrust branch. The Branch Manager James was particularly attentive in guiding our closing process, and he and his Universal Banker Tara helped us with a checking account situation. We have had multiple instances at this branch especially over the past 10 months where we received exemplary help - including for example when we had an ID theft event. We highly recommend this branch and its staff, and thank SunTrust for them.”

“Wow, Mr. Ashley and his team are superb. So attentive and extremely professional and knowledgeable. I am very appreciative. Ashley is definitely heaven sent. I’m just blown away by the service and intentional dedication and delivery. Ashely truly cares about every customer that walks through that door that’s for sure. Which is very rare. They don’t make leaders like that anymore. Definitely needed in the community. Thank you for everything.”

“Awesome Bank! We are Synovus customers but have never visited this branch before. We had to notarize some documents last minute and chose this location as they had a notary on site. They immediately accommodated us when we arrived although we did not have an appointment. Val Love went above and beyond to help us. I highly recommend Synovus as a bank and highly recommend this branch as a local option.”
