“Have been going to Ingles for a number of years. Most always well stocked with fresh fruit and vegetables, meat has been very good. Prices have gone up considerably, which has caused me to surf for sales and BOGOs at several stores. However, still like the small town feel and familiarity of Ingles.”

“All employees are super helpful. They always make sure you find everything you need. I wear and have to carry an oxygen tank and they went the extra mile to help me get through everything I needed and helped me get my things in my car. Much, much more helpful than some other big chain grocery stores whose names I won't mention. Their deli and bakery is always phenomenal, also.”

Every time I’m in town visiting family, stepping into Publix and seeing Amanda is like being greeted by a warm hug wrapped in Southern charm and sprinkled with kindness confetti. ?? Whether I’m picking up subs, flowers, or just wandering the aisles like a tourist, Amanda is there, sweet as apple pie, with a smile that could light up the whole frozen food section. ?❄️
She remembers faces, asks about your day like she genuinely wants to know, and radiates the kind of positive energy that makes you forget you’re there for milk and eggs. Honestly, Publix should put her in charge of customer morale nationwide. She’s that good. ??

They let me know in advance when I need refills and often contact the Dr. for me. They are truly a treasure and great to work with.”
“I really like Medlink’s Pharmacy but it’s always a hassle trying to call in a refill or to just tell them to send it to a different medlink location, I always get placed on hold and they just forget about me. I always have to call back to just be placed in hold again.”

“I called tonight in regards to my son's medication he uses daily needing a refill. At first I was told it was on backorder, which happens. The young man that.I was on the phone with called me back within 2 minutes of being off the phone to let me know that another pharmacy has it and he could transfer my prescription if I would be willing to make the drive. I really appreciate the customer service and going above and beyond to take care of your customers! This is the reason I only get medications filled at this Publix!”
“I switched to WalMart pharmacy after having COUNTLESS issues with CVS and Walgreens.I have been so impressed! THESE PEOPLE HAVE GOT IT TOGETHER!!! They always staffed with enough people to get the job done. I have yet to wait more than 20 minutes for a prescription, and they ship all of my maintenance meds.The customer service is amazing. Everyone is courteous and helpful.Keep it up!”

They did so much more than they had to, and I really appreciate the extra effort.”

“I have had decent experiences with this Publix Pharmacy; I left the Snellville Publix Pharmacy because of the negative attitudes of the staff. I absolutely LOVE MARCUS! He is sooo friendly and helpful; he's willing to go above and beyond to answer questions and is incredibly patient. Just in general a great human! Wesley is also pretty helpful whenever I call in about medication refill questions or issues with prescription fills! I can't say I am a big fan of the middle aged lady that works there; she isn't very personable and seems unhappy to be there every time I come in. She seems to have a very passive aggressive personality; just doesn't work well in a customer service position in my opinion. There is another younger, Asian lady, that should probably find a profession that doesn't involve working with people too. When it comes to getting my medications, I've had no issues. When there were delays on medication arrivals, they called me to tell me when they were expected OR told me what replacement meds they had in stock that my provider could change the prescription too. I never have to wait long for refills or med pick ups. The Publix Pharmacy APP is super user friendly too. Will stick with this pharmacy!”
“The pump I used didn't automatically shut off and and was over flowing. There was a big stain on the ground where it looked like it happened before me. Other than that I always get my gas at this kroger and no problems.”

“I came in to this store the other day. I was giving it a second chance. My first visit was horrible because of a manager that was just a waste of management. He was not sympathetic with what I was saying. He just stared at me like I was irritating him. (Not sure of his name but to my knowledge he is a high up manager, a african American gentleman). I am a older african American woman. The minute we were done talking, a caucasian woman asked him a question and he smiled and started walking with her. That was a few weeks ago. So on my second visit i encountered a young man and lady up front. They welcomed me in. The young man asked me if i needed help, and helped me. The young lady that rung me out was so pleasant. I complimented her nails and she was really tall, with glasses. Sorry I didnt get names. Those two young people restored my faith in this store. Hopefully management can take some lessons.”

The pharmacist at the pharmacy department was very helpful and had my prescription up and ready in no time at all. There was absolutely nothing hard about my visit to Ingles Pharmacy. What a pleasure to my day it provided.”
