The pharmacist at the pharmacy department was very helpful and had my prescription up and ready in no time at all. There was absolutely nothing hard about my visit to Ingles Pharmacy. What a pleasure to my day it provided.”

“Only reason im giving 5 stars is because the older foreign gentleman at the deli.. I had a hot honey tender sub made and drove home to find that it had no hot honey sauce on it.. little upset, I went back and customer service issued me a refund and told me to get another one made. Now Im upset!! I just stood in line and waited now I have to stand there and wait again because you guys messed up!! I just wanted the old sub I returned and wanted to leave but the guy at the deli made sure it was made immediately by him and didn't put a tag on it to buy.. thank you sir!!”

“What keeps this Publix apart from others is truly the staff. I’m a frequent flyer here, and usually stop in for subs and salads. Tonight I stopped in after work and was greeted and helped by Maggie who was such a ray of sunshine in making my sub and salad. Belinda and shuheb I also want to mention as I’ve dealt with them on numerous occasions and they’re always so pleasant and helpful. These three truly have such great personalities. I manage people myself, and these are the kind of people we would love to manage. They’re kind, respectful, helpful and offer a smile everytime. “I really like Medlink’s Pharmacy but it’s always a hassle trying to call in a refill or to just tell them to send it to a different medlink location, I always get placed on hold and they just forget about me. I always have to call back to just be placed in hold again.”

“I shop Publix all the time. I went to Publix in Winder yesterday for myself and 3 elderly neighbors who are worried about going out. Publix had ever register open. I was able to get what they need except toilet paper and water and be out right away. the store was just as clean n organized as any other time.”

“I have had decent experiences with this Publix Pharmacy; I left the Snellville Publix Pharmacy because of the negative attitudes of the staff. I absolutely LOVE MARCUS! He is sooo friendly and helpful; he's willing to go above and beyond to answer questions and is incredibly patient. Just in general a great human! Wesley is also pretty helpful whenever I call in about medication refill questions or issues with prescription fills! I can't say I am a big fan of the middle aged lady that works there; she isn't very personable and seems unhappy to be there every time I come in. She seems to have a very passive aggressive personality; just doesn't work well in a customer service position in my opinion. There is another younger, Asian lady, that should probably find a profession that doesn't involve working with people too. When it comes to getting my medications, I've had no issues. When there were delays on medication arrivals, they called me to tell me when they were expected OR told me what replacement meds they had in stock that my provider could change the prescription too. I never have to wait long for refills or med pick ups. The Publix Pharmacy APP is super user friendly too. Will stick with this pharmacy!”
“I was visiting from out of town for the winter break and stopped for a flu shot on Dec 15, 2025. The only thing was that I was using VA and the staff members (especially the woman who was on the phone contacting VA) eventually found a way for me to get my vaccine. I truly admire and appreciate their patience and cooperation to help me in pinch. This pharmacy provided such generous service and I want them to know that their work does not go unnoticed. From the bottom of my heart, thank you all.”
“I came in to this store the other day. I was giving it a second chance. My first visit was horrible because of a manager that was just a waste of management. He was not sympathetic with what I was saying. He just stared at me like I was irritating him. (Not sure of his name but to my knowledge he is a high up manager, a african American gentleman). I am a older african American woman. The minute we were done talking, a caucasian woman asked him a question and he smiled and started walking with her. That was a few weeks ago. So on my second visit i encountered a young man and lady up front. They welcomed me in. The young man asked me if i needed help, and helped me. The young lady that rung me out was so pleasant. I complimented her nails and she was really tall, with glasses. Sorry I didnt get names. Those two young people restored my faith in this store. Hopefully management can take some lessons.”

“My Wife and I have been going here for several months now and have had a WONDERFUL experience! I have been to 3 different clinics over the course of many years and by far this has been the most pleasant experience so far. The people from the owner to the councolers to the woman that checks you in have all been a breeze to work with. I have never felt judged or shamed regardless of how I presented as long as you are respectful and are trying to do the next right thing they will bend over backwards to help you succeed in your sobriety. Bambi, Hayden and Adriana are fantastic non judgmental councillors and will keep it real with you as long as you are real with them. They will work with you on payments as long as you are honest and do what you say your going to do when you say your going to do it. 10/10 would recommend and have to several people I know are still struggling.”
