“Came here for the first time. Wasn't quite sure what to expect. Signed a waiver and watched a safety video to get started. Overall the range is fine it's just a little crowded and somewhat narrow between lanes. Lots of flying brass. Not much space to walk to the lanes. At least when I went, most of the lanes had 2 or 3 people at each. Otherwise, it's a good place to practice at an indoor range. Prices are fair $20 per person and $2 each for targets and safety equipment.”

“My daughter and I had been shoe shopping all day when we stumbled across the sketcher store in Augusta. From the second we walked in we were greeted twice, and when my brain could not see the big wide width sign, I asked for help the lady stopped what she was doing walked right over and started explaining stuff to us when we went up to the register, the same lady checked us out and she said her name was Amanda. Let me tell you customer service is usually nonexistent nowadays, but I will tell you we will definitely be returning!! THANK YOU for all your help!!”
“I was told by other people that this was the place to go for sports gear. I was immediately greeted and was asked if I needed help finding anything. The gentleman walked me over and showed me all the options for football pants and was exactly what I needed in the end after my son tried them on”

I MISS great customer service skills as I feel they are not where they once were, but this young man was exceptional and would make a great manager or leader! I should of got his name, but he was a young black male who had some interesting hair! :)”

“Excellent customer service!!! I purchased a folding chair online and shortly after purchasing it I realized I forgot to enter the discount code. Over the next few minutes she processed my order and credited my account. It was only a few dollars but the gesture and the impact was huge.
