My porterhouse steaks and bone in Ribeyes are cut to order. It's not sitting in a case already precut and prepackaged. When they cut your meats they show you both sides before wrapping it up. The store is bright, clean, and everything looks fresh the moment you walk in. You’re helped one-on-one by a knowledgeable associate who actually listens and makes sure your order is perfect.
We tried the T-bones tonight, and they were phenomenal. I usually buy half a cow each year, but after this experience, I don’t see myself doing that anymore. The quality and pricing here are unbeatable.
