“Always fresh, Always friendly!! I wouldn't buy my fresh meats anywhere else. The meats ate fresh because it is a straight from the farm butcher. My porterhouse steaks and bone in Ribeyes are cut to order. It's not sitting in a case already precut and prepackaged. When they cut your meats they show you both sides before wrapping it up. You can't go wrong with Knights Butchering. From their shop to my table.”
“This is about the best lunch value in town and if you don't like this ham, oh well more for me. I've been going to Honey Baked for years and it is always outstanding. The "Classic Ham Sandwich" is my go to. You get the sandwich, bag of chips, cookie, and a drink for under $10. Don't forget to get your card punched if you are a regular to make this even more of a value.
The store is warm and inviting with the smell of delicious ham and cookies baking. The staff is friendly and oddly enough this place is never crowded, don't think many people known they do lunch.
The best sandwich I ever had in my life was here and it was their slow roast pork sandwich which is no longer on the menu. I also miss the Heath Bar cookies.”

“Went here for the first time today and WOW—this place is fantastic. Great prices, incredibly fresh meats, and outstanding customer service. Everything is cut to order, exactly the way you want it, which is something you just don’t get at big-box stores anymore.
The store is bright, clean, and everything looks fresh the moment you walk in. You’re helped one-on-one by a knowledgeable associate who actually listens and makes sure your order is perfect.
We tried the T-bones tonight, and they were phenomenal. I usually buy half a cow each year, but after this experience, I don’t see myself doing that anymore. The quality and pricing here are unbeatable.
