Michelle was the service manager. Called Sunday morning to get oil change.Gave me appointment right away. Very compassionate with walk-in clients. She was superb and got me out in 40 minutes. Professional lady didn’t try to oversell other services. Will come back.

The manager was great and she put all the correct info on the form, but the worker didn't follow the instructions and even though my seat was set all the way back, they tilted the back of my seat. It was hard to readjust it the way I wanted it.

I had a 10am appointment and my car wasn't finished until after 3pm. I am however happy that they told me about a service that I needed that the dealership missed. Michelle is very nice and helpful and provided great customer service while I waited. Only thing missing was coffee, water or a vending machine.
