“I would like to say first this review is by far long overdue and very much well deserved by this staff. Each year we’ve come we’re welcomed with excited smiles and warm words. Ms. Carol has greeted us for our 3rd year in a row consistently with such professionalism and genuine hospitality energy. She has a warm smile that makes you feel at home and gives the best hug. We enjoy her company and promptness with any request along with Ms. Connie w/ house keeping & Ms. Jeanette w/ the kitchen. The GM Brett is just as wonderful in being accommodating & making sure we have everything we need while here. Completely efficient staff operating during Masters week. Thank you for all you do Team!”

“Had came to this hotel for a brief stay in Augusta. Unfortunantely I had some things come up and had to check right back out. Zee was at the counter and immediately called the manager to see about getting the room refunded to me(without me asking her to). I was in shock as I fully expected to just have to take it as a loss.Though I didn't stay longer than a few minutes, the room I was going to stay in was very clean(especially for the lower price I paid), the hotel is right next to a lot of food places and the person on the desk went well out of her way on my behalf. Definitely recommend giving them a look if you are needing a place in Augusta.”

“Since this is my first time in this area, heads up, this hotel will sneak up on you right as you turn the corner of the road, so be on the lookout for the lobby parking, it is very small. Valet person was extremely nice and patient with me :)
I had the pleasure to meet Kenyon and Ganesh at check in, and they gave 110% top notch service. Not only are they warm and personable to EVERY guest entering, but also, they emanate kindness to ALL staff and patrons.
From observing Ganesh/Kenyon for a few moments, Ganesh remembered past guests checking into the hotel and that resonates how they both are a great team. Kenyon wanted to make sure I would be comfortable with the room so he reiterated to let him know if there was an issue.
The “dream team” was able to find a very quiet room for me since I am here for a business trip, and I truly truly appreciate their professionalism. Thank you so much again Ganesh and Kenyon!”

“Was able to check in early, and the front desk lady was super sweet and helpful!!! I wish I got her name so she could get recognition!!!Rooms: The room was huge, and the beds were super comfy. I loved how the curtains have both a see-through curtain and a light blocking curtain. The bathroom was gorgeous. The shower had the shampoo, conditioner, and body soap smelled great and were connected to the side of the shower. The water pressure was perfect, and the shower had 2 little silver shelves for personal items.Nearby activities: Is close to a lot of stores and restaurants.Food & drinks: The lobby always had coffee, decaff coffee, and hot water for teas and hot chocolate. They also had fresh baked cookies in the afternoon. And there were so many food options for breakfast as well as different juices.Noteworthy details: Staff is super friendly. I would recommend this hotel for Masters week.”

“This hotel is an older hotel which was taken over and turned into Parliament. They have been working hard to renovate and upgrade as they have funds available and it has improved over the years. If you are looking for a cruisy gated place this is it! Nudity is allowed but it's not a nudist place. The rooms are now equivalent to a mid level hotel like nice red roof inn. They have two bars the edge nightclub and capri lounge if you want to drink. It is a good spot to host gay events. Their only minus is it is rather noisy it's especially noisy if you are near the disco nightclub If you go to bed early aka before 1am - Avoid that side of hotel. It was even miserable with ear plugs tried to sleep with towel over my ears and you still heard base thumping. Their prices are reasonable but no longer cheap. For major events rooms approach $200 night after taxes and their mandatory membership fees. I believe all rooms now have terminal through wall heat pump AC now and rooms now have laminate floors. They have a small cafe for food ( not open everyday). They have an unheated pool and about 6 person hot tub. They also have a steam room with irregular hours. There are two very cruisy play areas. You'll have to call and ask hours. Were it not for the nightclub noise I'd rate it higherWalkability: On a busy highway not really walkable and it’s industrial area. Hence the lower rating for location There not really any walkable restaurants other then couple gas stations. One does have fried chicken and sandwiches though. A car is not mandatory but helpful. Uber is hit or miss in Augusta”

“The rooms are nice and clean. Our view was of downtown with was great to wake up to and even sit in front of the large windows. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Nearby activities: In walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops”

“Housekeeping wasn't something that I have seen and I did manage to see where there was a broom and dust pan outside my room and so I figured that they were just telling me that they wanted my room clean so I grabbed the broom and swept away just as if I was back home as a child doing my chores. I was thinking that just maybe if I cleaned my room that I may get some clean towels. Well I was wrong no clean towels and so I noticed furniture polish and thought well maybe I just didn't complete the job... Yeap a polishing I went to no avail no towels well maybe Tomorrow!”

“What a beautiful spot! The hotel is undergoing some minor renovations, but nothing that hinders the experience. Staff was extremely friendly and the room was immaculate. I'll be back to Augusta frequently for work over the next year and this will be where I stay!”

“Absolutely love this hotelThe staff are probably some of the best in the business they always go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and at home the breakfast is always delicious and the beds are the best .. but at this hotel the staff makes all the difference”

“Wow this place is really nice. The breakfast could be a little better. It's not that continental trash, but it needs a bump. The heat and ac is out of this world. Didn't hear much noise from the hwy or neighbors at all.Rooms: Clean and swank. Fancy lights and bathroom.Nearby activities: Your just a few minutes away from anything. Google it and go.”

“We had to stay at the Sheraton Augusta under very tumultuous, untenable conditions. But even with that, the hotel was very clean upon our arrival and the staff was the absolute best! I especially want to name Gene, Lillian, Ms. Black, and Amanda! You couldn't have asked for a more personable, caring, informed front office staff. Thank you!!!”

“What a hidden gem! The hotel is beautiful, the staff are very friendly, nothing is too much trouble and they all speak very good English. The location is superb! 2 attractions are 5 minutes walk from the hotel and overall is 20 minutes walk. There are a handful of restaurants within 5 minutes of the hotel. .”

“It cost so much to stay there for 2 nights 300$ and nothing special really after paying though booking I then got a 25$ (surpose to get back ) but never did when I checked out ? I really like it everything is ok except for the extra charge and sometimes the rude desk lady that hates her job I experience this time ?! I had to go nextdoor cause there just as nice but way cheaper and your business is appreciated . They offer same thing just lower prices . My husband and I do this every year cause it's our get away and anniversary 20+years and want something nice but that 25$ really bothers me cause your not getting it back ?! I just think for 300$ there should be a little more accommodating but live and learn .Nearby activities: Stores , RestaurantsSafety: We felt safeWalkability: Restaurants right there and storesFood & drinks: Breakfast was great , cracker barrel across the street and waffle house and few more places”

“I've done some major traveling throughout the United States, but I must admit this has been the best day of my travels. I've stayed at this property three times within the past couple of months and I have never had a bad incident. The staff is friendly and courteous which is very important to me especially if I am paying my money for a product or service. Their prices are reasonable and the saying is true that you get what you pay for. I have no problem recommending this site to anyone who chooses to stay in the Augusta Georgia area!”

“There's a reason that it's half to cost of other hotels in the area. That being said, if you are just needing a place to spend the night without any frills, this is a safe, clean place to do so. It's also within walking distance to almost all of downtown Augusta and the river walk area. The continental breakfast and the pool are advertised but not available.Rooms: Older but seem to be recently updated.Safety: No safe in room and multiple disclaimers relieving the hotel of any responsibility if your stuff is stolen.Walkability: Walking distance to most of downtown and the river walk.”

“Was impressed with the room and how quiet it was. Like every other hotel and motel in the area, the price was sky high due to linemen in the area working to restore power. Legal price gouging at its finest”

“The location is a huge plus! It's directly across the street from Pexcho's American Dime Museum, which was the reason for our trip. The room came with all the ammenities. Nothing super modern, but everything worked properly.
Great view.
Staff were super nice and accommodating.”
