“I was a little skeptical about heading in having never dealt with Cricket before. *I came in as a new customer wanting to transfer my number and get the moto razr* But I must say, it went EXCELLENT. The two young ladies I met were Aaliyah & Tay, Aaliyah being the one who set my phone up in under 30 mintues and I was out the door! I didn’t feel pressure to buy the accessories, but the young ladies definitely helped persuade me a bit and I walked out with my phone, a case AND a screen protector for the outside of my phone! “I am writing a review for the General Manager, Ty. My granddaughter upgraded her phone to the newest IPhone. The phone worked fine for 5 days abs then boom nothing. For almost 2 weeks, she abs her mother was sent back and forth between this store and the Apple store. Also, countless hours with me and her mom on the line with ATT customer service. I went to the store abs asked for the manager. Ty saw the frustration we were going through and observed me on the phone for an hour with customer service in the store. Well, she took the boots by the strap and went to work. Needless to say, my granddaughter walked out of the store with a new phone aggressively hasn't had any problems since. Thank you Ty for all of your hard work and fixing our problem. We appreciate you! Yall get with Ty and get you a new upgrade.🙂”

When the initial screen I bought to replace my broken one came in damaged from the manufacturer, they very quickly got another one in and fixed my phone with no extra charge. I'll definitely be returning for any future cell phone issues.”
