When the initial screen I bought to replace my broken one came in damaged from the manufacturer, they very quickly got another one in and fixed my phone with no extra charge. “This only actual AT&T store in Augusta. If I would have went here originally I may have still been a customer. But after dealing what I was told was an actual store but was a reseller. My experience with the 800 customer service and even the fact that local management at the store had to tell the operator and walk them through how to do their job is why I’ve left after 2 days. Shout out to the manager for doing an astounding job. BZ!!”
