He took his time and was very patient. He said he only works Saturdays and unfortunately I cannot remember his name.”

I think we all know how hard it is to get good customer service these days. When I realized that I needed a new cell phone, I dreaded walking into the T-Mobile store.
In the past couple of experiences buying phones, I’ve had people who didn’t make the time to help me figure out what I wanted, and certainly didn’t take the time to transfer my things over. Usually they direct me to some website or phone number to call to do the job myself, and it never works.
But instead, the moment I walked in, John Canty waved me over to his very cool looking table, I sat down, and was immediately comfortable and taken care of. He was funny, wicked smart, and even talked me into getting an iPhone, which I never thought I would do again!
He showed me how to set everything up and he dedicated the time to make sure everything transferred over.
He told me that if at any point I realized that the transfer did not fully work to come back and he would work at it again.
He is an exceptional employee and is why we NEED humans and local brick and mortar. John Canty deserves recognition.”

“Very very nice gentleman helped me get some things out of electronics cage, I don't think they even have to help but he was eager to help and he realed me on in to sign up for a Verizon contract Stylus 5G phone because he was just so easy going and funny the whole time I had to wait to get phone activated, which he did actually very quickly for me and the down payment price was great. The monthly payments are high though.”

“I was a little skeptical about heading in having never dealt with Cricket before. *I came in as a new customer wanting to transfer my number and get the moto razr* But I must say, it went EXCELLENT. The two young ladies I met were Aaliyah & Tay, Aaliyah being the one who set my phone up in under 30 mintues and I was out the door! I didn’t feel pressure to buy the accessories, but the young ladies definitely helped persuade me a bit and I walked out with my phone, a case AND a screen protector for the outside of my phone! I am SUPER pleased and would recommend the store to anyone! I hope these young ladies remain at that location! If I need anything, that’s where I’ll be visiting! Thanks Aaliyah and Tay!”

“I am writing a review for the General Manager, Ty. My granddaughter upgraded her phone to the newest IPhone. The phone worked fine for 5 days abs then boom nothing. For almost 2 weeks, she abs her mother was sent back and forth between this store and the Apple store. Also, countless hours with me and her mom on the line with ATT customer service. I went to the store abs asked for the manager. Ty saw the frustration we were going through and observed me on the phone for an hour with customer service in the store. Well, she took the boots by the strap and went to work. Needless to say, my granddaughter walked out of the store with a new phone aggressively hasn't had any problems since. Thank you Ty for all of your hard work and fixing our problem. We appreciate you! Yall get with Ty and get you a new upgrade.🙂”

“Wonderful experience!! Had an issue with my phone deleting my number and couldn't call or text or anything. I spent 2 days and 6 hrs with tech support trying to fix it and they couldn't so I went into Verizon today, was there about 45 minutes and Malia had everything up and running again, plus helped with a few other things! She was great! The store was great and I will NEVER use tech support again! Ill go straight to the store. I have been a customer for over 20 years and I will remain one with service like I received! “Very good experience. I went to the store for a battery replacement today. The only reason I give this visit 4 out of 5 stars is because of the wait. Even with an appointment, you will wait a long time initially. I wish I remembered what the young man’s name was at the front table assisting customers. His name stated with a “L” I believe. Great customer service. I hate I can’t remember his name.”
