When the initial screen I bought to replace my broken one came in damaged from the manufacturer, they very quickly got another one in and fixed my phone with no extra charge. “I was a little skeptical about heading in having never dealt with Cricket before. *I came in as a new customer wanting to transfer my number and get the moto razr* But I must say, it went EXCELLENT. The two young ladies I met were Aaliyah & Tay, Aaliyah being the one who set my phone up in under 30 mintues and I was out the door! I didn’t feel pressure to buy the accessories, but the young ladies definitely helped persuade me a bit and I walked out with my phone, a case AND a screen protector for the outside of my phone! I am SUPER pleased and would recommend the store to anyone! I hope these young ladies remain at that location! If I need anything, that’s where I’ll be visiting! Thanks Aaliyah and Tay!”

“They don’t make them like John Canty anymore! I think we all know how hard it is to get good customer service these days. When I realized that I needed a new cell phone, I dreaded walking into the T-Mobile store. In the past couple of experiences buying phones, I’ve had people who didn’t make the time to help me figure out what I wanted, and certainly didn’t take the time to transfer my things over. Usually they direct me to some website or phone number to call to do the job myself, and it never works. But instead, the moment I walked in, John Canty waved me over to his very cool looking table, I sat down, and was immediately comfortable and taken care of. He was funny, wicked smart, and even talked me into getting an iPhone, which I never thought I would do again! He showed me how to set everything up and he dedicated the time to make sure everything transferred over. He told me that if at any point I realized that the transfer did not fully work to come back and he would work at it again. He is an exceptional employee and is why we NEED humans and local brick and mortar. John Canty deserves recognition.”

“On a road trip back home to Atlanta we stopped here just to window shop. Okay so we did more than window shop. This store was laid out so nicely. Home decor central. We picked up a couple of odds and ends and had hit Starbucks when one of us discovered they had some Harperiman Dolls. Oh my that was so exciting to see because it's a collection. As we continued to browse the toy section we started scanning toys on the store scanner and the app scanner. Cha Ching!!! Major clearance. No one was in the aisle when we first started discovering the super low prices but soon enough others started gathering in the same aisle. We had so much fun clearance shopping in this store. It was neat, clean and the shelves were not junky. It was definitely a good time.”

“Very very nice gentleman helped me get some things out of electronics cage, I don't think they even have to help but he was eager to help and he realed me on in to sign up for a Verizon contract Stylus 5G phone because he was just so easy going and funny the whole time I had to wait to get phone activated, which he did actually very quickly for me and the down payment price was great. The monthly payments are high though.”

“I am writing a review for the General Manager, Ty. My granddaughter upgraded her phone to the newest IPhone. The phone worked fine for 5 days abs then boom nothing. For almost 2 weeks, she abs her mother was sent back and forth between this store and the Apple store. Also, countless hours with me and her mom on the line with ATT customer service. I went to the store abs asked for the manager. Ty saw the frustration we were going through and observed me on the phone for an hour with customer service in the store. Well, she took the boots by the strap and went to work. Needless to say, my granddaughter walked out of the store with a new phone aggressively hasn't had any problems since. Thank you Ty for all of your hard work and fixing our problem. We appreciate you! Yall get with Ty and get you a new upgrade.🙂”

“Wonderful experience!! Had an issue with my phone deleting my number and couldn't call or text or anything. I spent 2 days and 6 hrs with tech support trying to fix it and they couldn't so I went into Verizon today, was there about 45 minutes and Malia had everything up and running again, plus helped with a few other things! She was great! The store was great and I will NEVER use tech support again! Ill go straight to the store. I have been a customer for over 20 years and I will remain one with service like I received!
