“We had a 5 star experience with Ms. Vicki. She guided us the entire way and treated us like family. She even gave my kiddos some snacks while we got all everything sorted out!! Very personable. I will absolutely be recommending to anyone that has any storage needs to give y’all a call. Customer service is not a priority in this world as it should be anymore. And she blew it out the park!!”

“What a wonderful team!! Baylen, Zay, Damonte, and Camden were able to accommodate a same day move! I had transported a truckload of cabinets and needed a reliable team to safely move them into a new build. Not only did they show up 15 minutes early- they went right to work and never stopped until the last piece was safely in the house. They were professional and very courteous. They saved the day for us and we are so grateful to have found such a hard-working and nice crew!”

“Abe and his team showed professionalism despite the difficulty that my insurance company gave them during the time I had to be moved out of my house due to a flood in winter 2022. When most moving companies cut corners, Abe went out of his way to make sure everything was made right and get me back into my house. I would use them again in the future. Highly recommend.”

“I was extremely apprehensive about the delivery of my piano. But I was amazed at the diligence and promptness of the movers. They showed up on time, were very knowledgeable and got my Piano up 20 stairs into my apartment, around tight turns, and the Piano didn't make a sound the entire move and has stayed in tune after the move. I highly recommend these guys. Their price was the best and their service was excellent.”

“Pods arrived on time and were placed perfectly. Took a few tries to get scheduled and corrected but drivers were great, on time and professional and even took time to ask and locate sprinkler heads and avoided rutting the lawn. Ivan.l called and gave me a heads up and was great. Well done. Only negative was the condition of the pod which was a bit worn and run down.”

“We used Budget Movers of Augusta for our move, and Marquis, John, K, and Eli did a great job. The crew arrived on time, worked hard throughout the day, and handled our belongings with care. They were professional, courteous, and kept things moving efficiently without feeling rushed. Moving can be stressful, but they helped make the process much smoother. The team was willing to answer questions, took direction well on furniture placement, and maintained a positive attitude throughout the move. Everything arrived safely, and they worked together well as a crew. Overall, we were very pleased with the service and would recommend Budget Movers of Augusta to anyone looking for reliable movers in the area. Thanks to Marquis, John, K, and Eli for helping make our move a success.”

“This was easily one of the best, in-person customer service experiences I've had in a very long time! Both the woman and young man behind the counter were so nice, and helped me out so much! Actually, I was slightly unprepared upon arrival to the store (Amazon drop-off), but they were super nice and helped me print out my shipping labels on site, and took care of everything!! Keep up the amazing work, and thank you again!!Stephen”
