“I had a flat tire and after seeing all the reviews, I went to see Mr Dickson and he did not disappoint. Not only did he take care of the flat right away, but he didn't try to take advantage of me. Didn't try to sell me a new tire, or overcharge the repair. In fact I felt like he undercharged so I gave him a little extra. He repaired the tire, swapped it back out with the spare and put the spare back in its place under the truck. In and out in about 30 minutes. Very kind man, highly recommended.”

“i had an issue where a couple of wheel studs were damage did not get satisfaction at that particular location and i will not condemn anybody for that because sometime people have bad days..regardless of whatever business you work in..i work with the public you can get some really mean customers that totally ruin your day..the vice president of the company made good on it and is doing the right thing so i am doing what i consider the right thing..i will do further business with them 100%..he responded honorably and i commend him for that..we all need somebody like that working for whatever business you are in...he has my respect..i do recommend using them and i do not condemn the manager at austell..we all have bad days if we didn't life would be boring!”

“Had extreme derating and warning lights on the dash of our motorhome on the way home from IN. Called my home FCCC service center to find out what to do, and was advised to get the coach to the nearest center ASAP. Called Peach State and Py told me to bring it on in and they’d get right on it. And that’s exactly what happened. Got to PSTC, unhooked the truck and they took it right back to a bay for diagnosis. A few hours later, Py came out with the good/bad news. They had found the bad part, but had to order it from Cummins, so stuck until Friday when the part came in. Got a call from Py to let me know the part had arrived earlier than expected and the tech was standing by to fix our coach as soon as we arrived, so off we went. Short ending: coach fixed, we’re on our way home, and the service was over the top. Every request was met and followed up by the techs and Py, our advisor. Highly recommend PSTC to anyone needing urgent service on their motorhome. Can’t attest to their semi truck side, but didn’t encounter any disgruntled truckers in the lounge or on-site. If PSTC reads this, Py deserves a raise. She’s amazing!! Got to give a shout out to Aaron in parts for finding a 250 hour parts kit part number for my genny, even though I wasn’t going to order through them, as I live a long way away. Well done, young man.”
