“Kindness and good customer service skill goes a long way when interacting with these Is auto part places/ salvage yards. Because a lot of it is just you interacting with the folks running the place, and simply seeing if they have the part for you. And if they don't, hopefully they connect me to someone who does.
It's almost like networking. Even if you don't necessarily get exactly what you were there for, Just having a pleasant experience and Getting more information is half the battle.

Have funky attitudes. Thankfully this is not one of them. Having a good disposition & integrity carries through to your work And value. And The impression I get is that they have their stuff together & organized. Which Is probably important quality when cataloguing thousands of used car ports.

“I reached out to JW Auto on a Tuesday afternoon about my 2016 Honda. I had a list of issues to discuss from overheating, wheel bearings, brakes, and a plastic piece hanging from my car.

“I came to the Mableton Precision Tune for what I thought was bad wheel bearings. They suggested that they test the car first to be sure and found that my bearings were fine but a loose tie rod and badly warped tires was causing the noise I heard. Luke suggested getting new tires, fixing loose tie rod and alignment, and of course keeping up with tire rotations. Car drives great now. A different company told me without properly checking that I had bad bearings. My first time coming to this Precision Tune but it won't be my last. Thanks guys!!”

“I had a great experience with Crest Auto and Truck Repair! My dad called ahead for me to see if they could assist with replacing my front brakes and rotors. I already had the parts and just needed them installed. I arrived around 3 PM, and they were able to get me and my vehicle taken care of right away.
While I was there, I also asked for a quote on another issue I’ve been having. As I was leaving, they noticed an oil leak related to one of the concerns we discussed. They took the time to check my oil levels, top me off, and let me know that I should get the issue repaired as soon as possible. I really appreciated them looking out for me instead of just letting me drive away without saying anything.
Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and helpful. The pricing seemed very fair, and the service felt reliable and trustworthy. I could immediately feel the difference in my brakes when I drove away.
I’ll definitely be returning to have the additional repairs completed. Based on this experience, I can see myself becoming a longtime customer, and Crest Auto and Truck Repair will be my first choice whenever I need work done on my car. Highly recommend!”

“I've been referred to Doug and Ford Performance by a couple of other mechanics going back several years. I finally had him do a bunch of work on my F250. Everything was done within the timeframe he committed to and absolutely within the estimate range he provided prior to starting work.
That's just how I expect all business to operate. What makes me tell everyone I know about this business is that they found a significant issue with my truck that was a mystery to previous mechanics and fixed it at a reasonable rate. They also corrected a death wobble that has been a challenge for other mechanics to address, found and corrected (for much less money than I expected) a coolant leak that was the primary reason for the visit, and did other work that went well above and beyond my expectations.
Through all of this, Doug communicated proactively with me while also picking up the phone to answer questions every time I called. He did all of this for a first-time customer.
As I told Doug after I picked up my truck: I hope I never have to see him again. But if my truck needs service again, it'll be taken exclusively to Ford Performance.”
