“I was incredibly grateful to the gentleman from Dixie that came to scoop up my car while my puppy and I were stranded on I-20 at 10PM at night. He towed my car to the Discount Tire close by while my partner grabbed us and Dixie had my car all set by 11pm. I can't tell you how relieved I was to have my puppy and I, as well as my only vehicle, away from the highway, safe and sound. I will exclusively be using Dixie Service for similar situations, should they arise in the future, and would highly recommend them.”

He was very kind , gave me a reasonable expectation of repair and told me he would get in contact with me no later than tomorrow afternoon. He ended up calling me this afternoon with all the work done. Appreciate that Hoop!!! Fun fact, I was getting the recalls done because I sold the Jeep from my dealership. “From beginning to end, Calavan Kia took great care of me. I called at least two other Kia locations in the metro Atlanta area, and none of them could offer a loaner vehicle or accommodate a rental while my truck received service. Thankfully, Calavan Kia has an in house rental program. I spoke with Colin over the phone, and he was able to set me up for a rental, so I could walk in, drop my truck off to get a diagnostic, sign the rental and service agreement and leave with the rental quickly. The next day, I met Emanuel Baskin, and he made the entire process quick and easy, just as Colin said he would. Emanuel is a true gem and is EXTREMELY easy going, respectful, and accommodating. He clearly communicated the diagnostic and service timeframe and kept me updated along the way. My truck was fixed, and the team ensured that any other issues they discovered were addressed. It was busy when I showed up but I moved very quickly through the garage getting my oil change and tires rotated. Trey helped me during my visit and provided model service. His attitude and demeanor was that of someone who was an expert that takes pride in their work, and was respectful and considerate of me as the customer. I got my oil changed, fluids topped up, tires rotated, transparent clear pricing, and validation of completed work every step of the way. Trey was also very thorough in examining the rest of my vehicle, making important service suggestions outside the original scope of my visit, but not pushing or pressuring me to add on additional services unnecessarily. I left this place satisfied with the quality of work, the quick turnaround time, and sense of trust I built with Trey. I will absolutely be returning here for future oil changes and tire rotations based on this experience.
