“We came to Atlanta and bought a used car for my 16 year old Son. We barely made it past the Six Flags exit when the car broke down. We are from out of State so we were at their mercy. They quoted me a reasonable price and said they could have it ready in two to three business days. I was expecting a week to two weeks. Communication was in a timely manner. Terry sent me photographs of everything and a copy of the inspection. We picked the car up after two business days and the repairs were slightly less than amount quoted. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!!”
“I cannot say enough good things about this shop and the outstanding customer service I received. I initially brought my vehicle in because it needed a thermostat. A few weeks later the car was running rich and having engine issues. Not only did they correctly diagnose and repair the problem, but they went above and beyond in ways that are rare these days.
Throughout the entire process, they kept me informed every step of the way and took the time to explain everything clearly. They discovered that the vehicle's computer system needed to be reset and completed that service at no additional charge because it hadn't been discussed initially. They also found that fuel had leaked into the oil and generously performed an oil change for me free of charge.
What impressed me most was their honesty and integrity. At no point did I feel pressured or like they were trying to upsell unnecessary repairs or inflate the bill. Instead, I was treated with respect, courtesy, and genuine care. Good, honest businesses like this are hard to find, and when you find one, you stay loyal.
I've trusted them for routine oil changes in the past, and after this experience, they've earned my business for years to come. Update... it's been 7 years since I wrote the above written review. The tires lasted 7 years and would easily have lasted another year or two, but I'd had a couple of them patched or plugged, due to picking up nails. Both are temporary fixes and I got tired of pumping them full of air, so decided it was time for a new set.
I called Jack Calhoun Tires, spoke with a very nice lady, and explained I needed new tires, but am on a tight budget.
She immediately recommended a brand and quoted me the same great price she did 7 years ago. I told her I wanted to replace the sensor type valve stems with regular, old school valve stems and she said they could do that at no extra charge.
The tires she recommended have a 4.7 out of 5 stars, a 50k mile warranty, and are a fantastic quality for a very reasonable price!
Jack Calhoun Tires is a family owned business. Unlike so many corporate chain tires shops, they don't play the bait and switch game by advertising a low price and then adding on a bunch of surprise fees designed to empty your wallet.
Friendly, professional service, very reasonable prices, and they get you in and out quickly. 5 Stars from me!”

As soon as we walked in, Bethany was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and kind. She was very knowledgeable and informative, and I had a lot of questions — she answered every single one patiently and respectfully. She made everything easy to understand and took the time to explain what was going on with our car. When you’re dealing with car issues, you really want someone who genuinely cares and isn’t just trying to upsell or overcharge you. That’s exactly how this place felt — honest and transparent.
They inspected the car, clearly explained what needed to be done, and the pricing was fair. Nothing felt hidden or unclear, which unfortunately can happen at some auto shops. Everything was upfront and straightforward.

I have been dealing with ongoing car issues for several months, which has required repeated towing and the challenge of positioning the vehicle on a small slanted hill to return it to the garage. “Erik was AMAZING!! extremely patient and provided the BEST customer service/ professional skills. He was the only agent in the front and managed all the customers with extreme care, including a woman that was hearing impaired and had a speech impediment. The level of care was A1. Also, the technicians/ mechanics performed better at the Thornton Rd location than the Cascade location, as they didn't even realize I had drums on my rear tires (along with other minor mishaps). Even though I dont live in Lithia Springs, this will be the only store I'll go to from here on out.”
