“The only reason I’m giving this location a5 is because of the amazing customer service that I was given by Brandon, and Jessica . However if it wasn’t for their patience and understanding Andrew Brown should not be able to hold the title that he has while representing a major rental car company. Enterprise and other rental companies has already lost business due to turo. Had this not have been in insurance claim. I would’ve never read it from Enterprise Andrew and his behavior clearly reminds me why I would never. If Andrew Brown continues to represent Enterprise in this matter, you will continue to lose business. He is the worst and when I mean, the worst the worst you can Google me and my Hotel and you can see the level of customer service I renter to all.”

“Using car rental services is almost never a pleasant experience. In fact, I have had a few bad experiences. However, this is the third time I have used Avis and have had no problems. I have been to this location twice and once to the Orlando airport. Each time they have had cars that met my needs, clean and safe cars, and good and polite service. “I like them because it's the cheapest place you can rent a nice car from , but I'm only giving them 4 stars because even when you make a reservation they never have a car for you when you get there, I had to wait for them to bring a car from the next location down the street”
“Needed a car and most places were out of stock due to Spring Break. Brandon and Chris worked with me and secured a Dodge Challenger- orange in color for me. Clean, drives well and their customer service was excellent! They handle a lot under pressure with professionalism and care. Go see them!”

Not only did they reserve a car for the next day, they called prior to our initial pick-up time to explain a delay then called when the car was ready. The owners were very professional with excellent service. They never knew how much it meant but my family was here to celebrate my brother's 80th birthday. What a memory and we're forever grateful.”

Every now and again cars aren’t returned on time and there’s a bit of a wait but that’s no fault to the incredible staff, they’re great about letting me know what’s going on and trying to get everyone taken care of as quick as possible. “I came here last Thursday and it was packed. I’d advise to get her early. There were several cars to choose from. Nene helped me get a vehicle and I was on my way. Fast forward to Monday I’m stopped by Atl’s finest as there was an issue with the vehicle so I returned it today and was helped by Justin. He provided great customer service while helping multiple ppl. Despite the reviews there’s workers here who work.”
