“This location was not business when I visited. After filling out the necessary slip, I went straight to a teller. Daniel was very professional. For some reason, my driver licenses had to be updated. This had to have been done at other locations, at least 2 times. The ID reader would not work, so he typed in the updated information, so this caused me to be inside longer than I should have. He told me that the information had been input but they may request to make a scan, at another time. This was not Daniel's fault. Other than this, it was a business transaction that was handled very professionally.”

“Memberfirst is a great credit union with their small vacation loans they give u a chance at a time most commercial branch don’t. Bank of America though i bank with them don’t have these option a quick 5000.00 or cash advance loan these are loans needed in the hard economic times easy to pay back. “I really like how I am treated at this bank and the fact that they have a program that gets high schools familiar with working and learning about banking early just makes it even better. I do think their mobile app needs some improvements and their ACH processing is a little slower than other banks but you can’t beat their customer service or community commitment.”

“This branch has the kindest and most helpful staff! I came in with my grandmother and even though they didn't have the card machines as of right now (they might get some on down the line so call before you go if you need a card made) they told us which branches have them and helped with my grandma's online access. I highly recommend this location and Members First Credit Union need to give them more love!”
