She was amazing, bubbly, knowledgeable, welcoming, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I was so impressed that I told her I would return to that specific location from now on because of the wonderful experience she provided.
Today, I kept that promise and returned to add a phone line for my 13-year-old son. This time, Ashley assisted me alongside Oscar, and once again, the service was outstanding! “I had an amazing experience with team member Joe! I came in, not having much experience on what console to get. He got me everything and some games for an Xbox. My Xbox was broken, brought it back to the store, and he stayed late after they were supposed to close at 8pm, just to have me setup for a working console. Walked out with a PlayStation and an even better deal than before. Thankyou again Joe! If any GameStop manager wanted to recognize amazing customer service, now would be the chance to, with Joe!”
