I've been to this location tons of times and I don't know what people in the other reviews are honestly complaining about. Anyone that has a problem, go use the UPS in Kennesaw Old 41 location and you'll appreciate how friendly, efficient, quick and professional this location is - especially in a time now where decent service just sucks everywhere. I think it's family run. There's rarely a wait even with a lot of customers in there, they get the job done and are really nice.”

UPS at 1100 Fulton Industrial Blvd SW, Atlanta, GA 30331 yesterday. That experience haunted me and I was worried to visit another UPS store. But my packages were label and ready to ship and customers are waiting on the orders. I called this store and DJ was passionate to help. “The customer service representative was so helpful and so very courteous. Not only did she redo my return so that I didn’t have to go to Staples, but she also helped me re-package another return that had to go out of the country. She could have easily said that I needed to process my return at Staples and sent me to the post office for the other package. Employee’s like Janice are good for business and so refreshing in this day of declining good customer service. I will always use this UPS store at 7421 Douglas Blvd, and pray Janice is on duty when I get there!”
