“I went in there today for another mattress, having bought one back in 2017 from the same place, but it was time for a new one and I got hooked up big time! I was greeted by Jacynda, who will be forever in my heart known as Cornbread for her sweet Southern drawl, and she hit the ground running.... Pulled up my info from 2017 and then we started talking about what I need now. I found a mattress I liked, but it wasn't in stock and there was going to be a delay in delivery unless I went to Kennesaw to pick it up, but there was another mattress that was priced higher so I was in a pickle. Keith comes in for the assist and I got it at it's recent sale price and we made the deal. I'm going to be sleeping good tonight.
If you live around the Smyrna area and you need to replace your old crappy mattress, go over to South Cobb drive and the east west and see these folks. It's super laid back, cornbread will tell you some jokes and you're going to walk out satisfied.”

“Visited this location with my wife about a week ago to pick up a bed frame and mattress. Firstly we were greeted and offered assistance as soon as we entered which was pleasant. The store was spacious and clean, friendly environment no one was overbearing, process was simple in-n-out. Even got help to tie down the mattress by an employee named Baker. We will be returning in the near future.”

“My grandfather gave me some advice as a teen. He said people need to do two indispensable things in life, eat well to have the strength, and rest on a good bed.
The showroom is well organized with beds labeled and room to move between beds. I tried a few like Goldilocks until I found the one that was just right. Doug provided good customer service. He was very patient and knowledgeable. I bought an orthopedic bed. That’s what I’ve been sleeping on my entire adult life, so anything less than firm becomes a nightmare.
If you’re looking for a bed topper that provides comfort but doesn’t take away from the firmness of the bed, they have that too. The delivery charge is reasonable and they take away the bed and box spring they're replacing.”

The best best hidden secret is their discount room in the basement. I got this high quality wood piece from there a while back for just $50! I also got my couch from Howard’s. We bought our first set from Kenny approx. 4 years ago and loved it. we recently moved back into Atlanta and suffered water damage to 2 of our bedroom sets. Omar in Sales is immensely courteous, gracious, professional, patient, and goes out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction. He made sure he understood my taste and is extremely knowledgeable about the selection in the market, even special-ordering samples for me at no cost because he felt they would be better suited for my needs ... or to prove that one that I was leaning toward wasn't actually a fit for me lol. The installation team is fast and mindful (Jafri also went the extra mile, including locating a watch box I'd misplaced as we were moving stuff!), and their selection is among the widest I'd seen. They don't waste time and money on an extra-fancy showroom, but rather, have an efficient one, and it's clear they pass significant cost savings on to the customer. Additionally, they are the ONLY carpet store I went to that offered the extra, extra-thick memory foam padding, and I went to several! I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with this business.”

“I really enjoyed visiting this location and working with Peggy. She was kind and very patient. However, I wish I could say the same for the manager Emory Simmons. He was very short and not helpful at all. I visited the store yesterday to check out an item and noticed last night that the item was on sale via the website. I returned to the store today to purchase the item for the price listed online and he would not honor it nor did he express any empathy about the situation- the overall customer service was terrible. The store needs more employees like Peggy.”
