“I have been to several places, looking for a quality work boot that is in my size an width. A friend of mine recommended JEB's here, and boy let me tell ya... I haven't met such nice ladies who took the time,an helped find some boots. an after trying on several boots narrowed down 2 pairs, that I liked so much. I bought'em both lol.

We found this place by accident as hubby and I are going on a trip that requires a SIGNIFICANT amount of walking… we brought our 4 children with us and Whitney was a GOD SEND in every way! From helping my husband actually realize he’s been wearing the wrong shoes essentially his whole life, to helping keep our little ones entertained on the walking track while we tried on shoes. She went above and beyond for us tonight. Eli at the front counter was also top tier. We had some payment issues and he was so incredibly patient, and really sweet with the kiddos! Overall experience was amazing, we even joined the rewards program.. which we never really do😂”

“I went in to look at handguns on a Sunday. I thought going in that sub compacts might be too small for my larger hands. Fred took the time to let me handle almost a dozen handguns to check for grip size. He then suggested the S&W SD9 2.0. The gun fit perfectly. I didn't buy it that Sunday but went back and purchased it the next day. Unfortunately Fred wasn't working but the other person did at great job too. In and out in 25 minutes. The staff including the manager were all great to work with. Thanks”
“The young lady who helped me today was great however yesterday at 6:55pm she locked the doors before 7pm . I had to google a search the number which takes a minute. So I called she answered she said “oh well now it’s 7pm now.” Very horrible experience i advised I would reach out to operations letting them know they closing the doors before close time. I’m someone who works HR.”

They managed to help us find the right sizes and helped with discounts! The staff made the whole experience easy and enjoyable! “Good evening Google Family. I visited to purchase shoes but I decided on boots instead. They didn't have any shoes that I liked. The boots that I decided on were black and they were tall boots. They were a size 10, I wear a 9 1/2 but these boots fit comfortably. I decided to purchase them. They were a low heel thank goodness. No high heels for me, I am already tall. I left them at the counter and they were waiting for me at the counter, since I was still shopping. The young lady associate told me I had no rewards, after I gave her my phone number but next time I will, $2.25 cents in reward credits. The vibe here and my experience here was good. I would return. I am used to the Shoe Dept in NJ and Pennsylvania. Have a good night, work out and be healthy, fit and Fabulous especially for people over 50 years of age.”
