“I recently visited Buckle and had a fantastic experience, largely thanks to one of your crew members. Brian was incredibly helpful and attentive. They really went the extra mile to help me find exactly what I was looking for, and their knowledge of the products was impressive. He helped me choose the perfect shirt and hat for my father! They loved it! Also thanks to Saile for helping me pick out something stylish for my mother! She loved it! Their friendly attitude made the whole shopping trip enjoyable. I'll definitely be back, and I hope Brian and Saile gets the recognition they deserve!”

“This is my second time shopping at SB Boutique. I made an online purchase and mistakenly checked out as if I wanted the merchandise shipped as opposed to store pick up. I immediately emailed about the issue and received a response immediately letting me know that the money would be refunded. By trade I am a corporate Event Planner and I work with vendors regularly. Needless to say I am very particular about customer service. SB Boutique gets a thumbs up and a huge "LIKE" from me. In store and online...stellar customer service.”

“I just want to say if you go into this store, please ask for Tara to help you if needed. She is a Gem!!! She doesn’t just work there, she’s really there to make sure that you are satisfied. I made mention that I would just go home and order the Ugg slipper that I wanted , and she offered to place the order for me herself. That is what you call CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! “FIVE STARS to Tajerea B. and Zion T. for surviving my visit! Our 2 and 4 year old were running laps around the store, and somehow the team stayed cheerful, patient, and incredibly helpful. They managed to help us find the right sizes and helped with discounts! The staff made the whole experience easy and enjoyable! Highly recommend to any parent of tiny tornadoes :) We will definitely be returning! (with snacks next time)”

“Good evening Google Family. I visited to purchase shoes but I decided on boots instead. They didn't have any shoes that I liked. The boots that I decided on were black and they were tall boots. They were a size 10, I wear a 9 1/2 but these boots fit comfortably. I decided to purchase them. They were a low heel thank goodness. No high heels for me, I am already tall. I left them at the counter and they were waiting for me at the counter, since I was still shopping. The young lady associate told me I had no rewards, after I gave her my phone number but next time I will, $2.25 cents in reward credits. The vibe here and my experience here was good. I would return. I am used to the Shoe Dept in NJ and Pennsylvania. Have a good night, work out and be healthy, fit and Fabulous especially for people over 50 years of age.”
