They beat every single company I called by 300 dollars!!!! Wow wow wow!!! I was in and out in 30 minutes flat! When I arrived at 7:45 it was quiet and you only see the many customers waiting for them to open. Well 8 am hits and the garage doors flew open and like ants they were coming out grabbing keys and my car was on a lift by 8:04. !!! I can’t say enough good things about them! The son or sons ( I am not sure how many he had, took over the family business and they operate it the same way their dad did. My husband loved the dad . “Recently I was involved in a accident in my 2020 Ford Explorer. A friend recommended Finish Pros. She had her car repaired there about six months ago and she was very happy with their work so I went to get an estimate. When I walked in I was greeted by Dane and Chris. I had never had to take my suv to a body shop so I asking tons of questions They were so nice and helpful. They looked at my truck explaining the process of how the insurance company processes claims. These gentlemen stated it would take approximately two weeks to get my vehicle back as long as there were no delay with them receiving the parts. They called me every two or three days keeping me informed of their progress. I was pleasantly surprised when they told me to come pick up the truck two days earlier than expected. My truck was cleaned inside and out and looked like it was never in an accident. My experience at Finish Pro was undoubtedly the best service I had ever received. Salgado was trying to charge way more and had Not even 1 customer, rolling tires had 4 customers and the man was professional with decent prices!! The guy I initially met (I can’t remember his name but he was very kind) provided me with a tow truck company to tow my vehicle to his shop which was a huge help because i did not want to wait 5 hours for roadside assistance. I was informed immediately when they figured out the issue and they had it done for me the next day (today)!
