“Ok sooooo Blake is AMAZING! I bought my car back in November, and I’ve only had 1 mechanic ever to touch my car. Found out literally two days ago that that mechanic was actually ripping me off. Called Blake the same day, he not only did his own inspection but fixed it. My car was running a little funky after he did what he had to do on day one. Called him to let him know my concern and was back out at my house by 10am the next morning & completely fixed what need to be done. Every girl needs her own mechanic & he is DEFINITELY mines now. If your looking for a great mechanic who knows his work! What he’s doing! On time! And who doesn’t over charge, WHILE pulling up to your house to do the work!! He is definitely that person!”

“i had an issue where a couple of wheel studs were damage did not get satisfaction at that particular location and i will not condemn anybody for that because sometime people have bad days..regardless of whatever business you work in..i work with the public you can get some really mean customers that totally ruin your day..the vice president of the company made good on it and is doing the right thing so i am doing what i consider the right thing..i will do further business with them 100%..he responded honorably and i commend him for that..we all need somebody like that working for whatever business you are in...he has my respect..i do recommend using them and i do not condemn the manager at austell..we all have bad days if we didn't life would be boring!”
“Barry and his wife worked very hard to get my car up and running after completing body work, and other major repairs. I trusted them every step of the way. “Had me In and out. Got my ac blowing cold. I went there for a second opinion, so glad I did. Told me I needed a shrader valve when last shop told me I needed a new ac hose. Fixed it while doing the diagnostic. 10/10”
“Good service at this location! I purchased tires at tire rack and had them delivered to Douglasville pep boys. The Dville Pep boys did not have any working balancers, so they sent me to Austell Pep Boys. The store manager was awesome here at Austell. He already knew I was coming and already had a plan. He inserted me into the queue since I had already waited at the previous store. In the tire and shop industry, things don't always go as planned, yet it's nice to know that this store understands how to make it right. They didn't even charge me for the install which saved me some money... I was only there about 20 minutes. I even had a cool chat with one of the shop guys after the install. From the front of the store with the manger to the back of shop with the crew, this store gets it! 5 stars cuz! 😃 Johnny”

“Dunn Motors reminded me today that there are kind people out there! I was on the highway and something flew under my car and pulled down the cover under the engine. I was going to a work meeting and when I got there I got out to inspect and instantly knew I wasn’t going to be able to drive it back another 25 miles. Out of no where Mrs. Dunn (we don’t know each other!) walks up behind me and sees my trouble. She tells me I am not far from Dunn Motors and that she will call and tell them to look out for me. I went there and they so kindly fixed it for me so I could safely drive the car (at no charge). It didn’t take long and maybe it was an easy little thing for them but it wasn’t little to me and would not have been easy to resolve alone. The mechanic was so kind and I really can’t say THANK YOU enough. If you are looking for an honest mechanic please give them a try.”
“Very friendly and had what I needed in stock for a used tire. Very polite and professional. Also aired my other tires up to spec. Granted the prices were a lil higher than the other place I went to. The customer service and care is worth it. Was also asked if I wanted to keep or dispose of my tire. If I need a new or used tire will definitely come back for sure.”
“This is the best Auto Walmart in Atlanta province so far the staff is completely nice and friendly they dont treat you according to races compared to other walmarts around , i was late by half an hour was late to the prior appointment the Team Leader Darrell he is a very good guy he without hesitation took my keys inn and within 20 minutes his staff members has taken care of my vehicle , i would recommend everyone to come at this location for the service as they have one of the best team around here .”
