I randomly went on line and chose this auto shop. I was immediacy greeted and my problem was accessed. I was given a guarantee that it would be fixed in three days, as well as replace the wheel guide and scratch. The repair man even offered to go and purchase the wheel guide . I chose to purchase the wheel guide and returned it to the shop. In two days my Nissan Kicks 2022 was repaired . Dent gone. Wheel guide replaced sand the scratch removed / painted over. The invoice was prepared as agreed upon. My vehicle looked brand new. Excellent work, professional and all done in a courteous and timely manner. My vehicle was even shined up. “I've been trading with Napa for over 45 years. I remember going there with my dad as a little child. I loved the WD-40 and grease smell. ( They were also a machine shop at that location back then).Always fast and friendly service. They also seem to have parts that others don't. If a part has to be ordered they usually get it the next day ( not in days or a week like most other places).”

All the locations near me had bad reviews except this location, so I called to see if they would take me, being that it was late. But Oh, let me tell you when I called Mrs. Theresa answered the phone with such a professional tone and sweet spirit She explained to me that she was short staff, But that if I arrived at the time she gave me that she would take care of me. I showed up 5 minutes late due to work traffic coming an hour from Decatur, and she was still graceful and took care of me. I really appreciate this kind of service.”
