Andrew, the shop floor person, was very gracious and welcoming. I had a violin peg that was slipping. He fixed the problem in a few minutes at no charge. It is in a great location in downtown Avondale estates, and has ample free parking next to the shop. What is not to like? 5 Stars.

Andrew has such great customer service. He was very welcoming and met all of my needs for my daughter's first year in orchestra. He was thorough at explaining everything I needed to know about care for the Cello. I will definitely recommend this place to any and everyone. Such a warm environment.
