What a pleasant surprise. He was knowledgeable, thorough and very pleasant thru the whole process. Closing our old Xfinity acct., opening the new T-mobile account, getting our I-phone set up for my husband & myself & our grandson. A bit lengthy but worth it. A great overall experience. “I have been an AT&T customer of this store for many years. I don’t have to go by very often. I have recently had two visits. Both have gone extremely well. First, visit I needed to replace my old iPhone with the new model. Judy Ann was knowledgeable and helpful. The transfer was easy because of her skill. I bought accessories to protect the new device including an Otterbox and a screensaver. It was a good thing. After only a couple of months, I thought I had cracked my phone screen from a weird accident. Fortunately it was just the screensaver. Juan knew just what to do. The AT&T screensaver was guaranteed. He changed the broken screen out for a new one in a matter of minutes. Juan was knowledgeable, quick, effective and efficient. My issue was completely resolved and I was on my way in almost no time.
