“I always use this specific Verizon location for both my personal and business phone lines. I have never waited for more than 10 minutes to actually sit down with someone. The biggest downside is there only ever seems to be 2 people here at any given time, but they always take care of you. They answer all your questions and explain all your new expenses. They are always very friendly and knowledgeable.”
